There used to be a Taco Bell by me that was an old school Taco Bell with no drive thru, and then they retrofitted one to it years later, but only one side of the building was available for a window, and it was oriented so that when you pulled up, your passenger side window was the one at the drive thru window. Goddamn it sucked, you pretty much had to bring a passenger with you or you still had to get out of your car and walk around to the window.

I love seeing restaurants/fast food places that clearly used to be Pizza Huts, but were retrofitted to become something else. You can always tell because they have that distinctive red, pointed roof. There is a 5 Guys near here that clearly used to be a Pizza Hut, and I've seen a couple random Mexican and Greek places in those buildings as well.

I've never even heard of Mellow Mushroom, but they're doing a cheapass deal thing on the 20th for their anniversary.

At the fourth, they will greet you by name, and ask you to move forward to the fifth window, at which they will confirm your order with photographs on an iPad. Wow, that's pretty nuts. I have to imagine the lines will be crazy on that day. I've never heard of the place either but there is one a bit north and a bit south of me. Fuck driving to south Miami on a Wednesday though.
