I went to PF Changs. Lettuce Wrap was pretty good. Not sure I'd consider it a 'necessary appetizer' like I would a Bloomin' Onion. I got their "new" Lobster Fried Rice. It was pretty good. Lobster was awesome, rice itself was awesome, except a lot of lemongrass in it and I hate citrus, but that's personal opinion. Whole thing cost $29. A bit steep, but I split the wrap with 2 other people so maybe if I got all of it it'd feel right. Portioning was good but then I got fatguy jealous when I saw my friends giant bowl of lo mein. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out what the 'biggest' thing would be and obviously I guessed wrong.

8.5/10

I don't think Red Robin's burgers are that good. BUT I had their double patty chili whatever monstrosity, so maybe their bland chili ruined the burger. It was pretty awful chili.

See I would have thought McCheese was a Red Robin enthusiast considering they have endless fries and all.

When the fuck did Wendy's start putting Ketchup on their junior cheeseburger deluxe?

I'm so rustled right now.

I like the Red Robin burger with all the onion straws all over it. They also have some pretty good apps.

Some Five Guys burgers are unreal though. It definitely varies from location to location but a good Five Guys burger when you're really in the mood for a Five Guys burger is basically pure joy.

Ok, I couldn't go yesterday, but today I went to Wendy's and they had the Ghost Pepper Fries and Jalapeno Fresco Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I tried the fries first, and there is some warmth there, but yeah not much. Still a noticeable ghost pepper taste though, which is good. The sandwich is very fucking tasty, maybe even better than the standard spicy chicken, and while not overpoweringly hot, it has a heat that lingers. I'm feeling the heat 15 minutes after finishing it. Not uncomfortable, but noticeable.

It seems that the chopped up green shit on both items are just green peppers though, I don't see or taste any actual jalapeno in them. So apparently they are just for looks mostly.

Two thumbs up from me. I may not get it every time, but it is a nice change of pace, and I hope they keep it around permanently.

Pei Wei (the to-go casual PF Chang's basically) is legit the best cheap and fast Asian inspired food around. Kung Pao Beef if my go-to. Shits delicious.

I saw those today and was a little afraid of it being "real ghost pepper" fries, and not some bullshit like you described. Now I know I can safely eat them and enjoy them.

They have one of those nearby and I wodnered about it. I really like PF Changs even if I guess I'm supposed to be some snooty dick about it or whatever, take out Chinese in this area sucks donkey balls and it is literally the only good Chinese here. I will have to give Pei Wei a try.

I had Pei Wei a few times when I lived in Vegas, if PF Changs is an 8 then Pei Wei is a solid 7.5

Yep McCheese is just crazy on this one. Five guys bacon cheeseburger with everything on it is just burger ecstasy. Not saying RR is bad, but it's just not as good

I think McCheese is arguing about the setting and 'experience' versus the actual burger. Pretty sure Hardee's/Carl Jr's has burgers better than Red Robin's, but that doesn't mean it would make McCheese's "sit-down" cut.

I used to live about a mile from the original Red Robin in Seattle by University Bridge. It is now closed and heard it was due to shitty parking but I have no idea if that is the case. I enjoy Red Robin and I always get their Monster Burger even though it is not on the menu anymore you can still order it. The biggest compliment I can pay Red Robin is their food tastes the exact same at every location I have ever been too, probably a dozen different locations from Washington, California, Nevada, North Carolina etc. Never had Five Guys but I have heard good things.

Has Fuddruckers been discussed yet? I loved that place a kid, I think my Grammie would take me to the one in Burbank, CA right by the AMC Theatre.

EDIT: Found out why is closed...

Dairy Queen flamethrower is pretty good. I had fuddruckers recently when I was in Chicago, and it was good but not great. Still liked it

Dairy Queen burger's are actually surprisingly pretty good.
I have the same issue with DQ burgers that I do with BK. They have that same kinda fake charcoal taste to them. Mind you I haven't had a DQ burger in forever tho. I think the last time I had one was when their flamethrower burger came out.

Fuddruckers always reminded me of High School cafeteria burgers.
