McDonald's is the only one that messes with my stomach relatively often. I hardly eat McD's, but I'd say 50% of the time, I immediately regret it.

Never been an issue for me, but I know my mother always had that issue. She would reluctantly go knowing she was going to have issues at times when we were on trips with nothing else in site, and always seemed to get struck with some stomach distress a bit later after McD's - never happened anywhere else for her though.

The only Taco Bell in Japan is about 20 minutes from my house. My Aussie friend and I went there for the first time and pretty much ate everything on the menu. Both of us had to stop and shit on the way home so it's not just a crappy quality US thing.

On the plus side, everything was delicious. Also Japanese public toilets are immaculate.

Onion rings from Burger King are guaranteed horrible gas for me. It's pretty much the only food I can think of that does that.

Tried Wendy's breakfast for the first time today. Got the standard bacon/egg/cheese sandwich and the panini with same ingredients. I didn't like it at all. I much prefer McDonald's breakfast.

Tried James Coney Island for the first time today since we have some pretty good hot dog joints around here.

It has a drive thru so it qualifies as fast food.

Terrible, some of the worst food I've had in awhile. They also screwed up our order twice to boot.

Shame to fail on such a heavenly concotion as a Polish hot dog with mustard and Sauerkraut.
