Mexican pizza from tacobell is one of my favorite things at tacobell, but it very quickly turns into soggy mexican lasagna when the tortillas lose their crisp.

Over the years I've had the Mexican Pizza more than anything else on their menu. I'd usually get two and I'd have to scarf the first one down before the second one started loosing it's crispiness. Sadly they started skimping on the ingredients years ago. They used to have black olives and green onion on them. First they got rid of the olives and then a few years later the green onion.

Looks like something relatively easy to make at home - and probably better.
I've tried before. I wish I had a little steamer oven like they do or at least used to use anyway. I haven't been inside of a Taco Bell to see one made in years.

They still steam them.

I always get my mexican pizzas with red sauce instead of pizza sauce, because I'm absolutely addicted to Taco Bell red sauce. I'd buy the powder and mix it up myself if I could (yes, it is just a powder in water, but still scrumptious).

Could? No problem. Would? Hell no, that is gross. Mixing Mexican and Italian in something that is not a taco pizza is a horrible idea.
the other day some friends and i decided to make dinner together. they wanted pizza, we wanted nachos. i suggested pizza nachos -- nacho chips with mozarella/provolone cheese, pizza/pasta sauce, and diced up pepperoni. also potentially could add black olives, green peppers, onions, etc.

everyone else on both sides of the pizza vs. nachos debate immediately vetoed the idea.

what are Mayor McCheese's thoughts on the idea?

Worked at a TB in high school. I remember these pizzas with olives and green onions too. Cheap bastards.

IIRC, the green onions went away with that stupid eColi thing years back.

I make pizza quesadillas all the time. Tortilla + pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, fried up crispy in a pan on the stove top.

Goddamn delicious.

I don't see why pizza nachos would be much different. I'd probably put the toppings + cheese on the chips, melt it all down in the oven, and then dip them in pizza sauce(if you put the sauce on the chips directly with the toppings, you risk some soggy chips).

Pro-tip: Take some wonton wrappers and brush them with egg whites and sprinkle Italian seasoning on them. Bake @ 400 for ~6 minutes (or fry, never tried). They make the BEST chips for Italian Nachos. Definitely a good idea!

Yea I would think you'd definitely want to use a different type of chip for Italian nachos.

Goddamn you Hardees

The past few weeks they've had some little contest where you can pull a tab on your coffee and win free food. I have several tabs for a free Sausage & Egg Biscuit, but the caveat is that you have to purchase a large coke. Fuck off, I don't want a coke with my breakfast sandwich, I want coffee. What kind of degenerate drinks soda for breakfast?

I don't understand energy drinks. They objectively taste like shit, they're unhealthy for you, they cost a fuckton and they accomplish the same thing as coffee. What is the point? Enlighten me Noods I must know.

Sometimes, if I'm hungover on a Sat/Sun morning, I will drink a diet Mt Dew in the morning, because I'm too shitty to make a pot of coffee.

I do find sugary drinks better to relieve a hangover. Though I prefer Gatorade to something carbonated.

They are usually a bit more kick than a cup of coffee. I never drink them, but I can see why people do. It's easier to grab one and drink it, than make coffee. Two cups of coffee in the morning and I'm good all day. People just need to sleep more.
