A clean grill and a good pan sear are fundamentally indistinguishable.

Personally only times I don't consider it a waste is when you're dealing with stuff like a restaurant filet that's done under a salamander or whatever. (Like Ruth's Chris)

SaltGrass Steakhouse bitches, the service is insane and the steaks always come out perfect or they will replace it no questions asked. I've never got a bad steak at that place and the quality is top notch.

I just had the new Grande Scrambler with Sausage at Taco Bell for breakfast. I had no idea what was in it but it said Grande and I thought "I must".

Got it home, took a few bites and said "WHAT THE FUCK?!" out loud.

Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Hash Browns, Shredded Cheese and... Sour Cream and Tomatoes. You can get it with Steak or Bacon too I think.

It was bangin. Probably the best fast food breakfast item I've ever had. And the best part is it's right next to a Dunkin and a McDonalds and both those places get packed during the morning commute. Taco Bell on the other hand... empty. I can scoot in and out in no time flat. Though I hope that doesn't mean they do away with T-Bell breakfast.

I saw that yesterday when I was trying my first Volcano Queserito (Which was aight), I may have to try it for breakfast sometime soon.

I tried the pork sandwich at Wendy's. The meat wasn't bad, maybe a bit better than you'd expect from Wendy's pulled pork, but theBriochebun tasted like cardboard.

My lunch on Friday. Every Friday they have something crazy and it's only $8.

This week's FAT PANTS FRIDAY special reaches new heights (or is that lengths?)

It begins with a butter-slathered Corn Cob between which the cooks of 6Smith have managed to skewer a 4 oz Ribeye, a Beer-Battered, Hard Boiled Egg, a Roasted Jalape?o, a Cheddar Brat, a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, stuffed with both American and Cheddar Cheese as well as crispy Bacon & a generous smear of Bacon Jam. There's also a cute little Beef Slider with Harissa Mayo and House Made Pickles, plus a Breaded Chicken Wing!

I want to say that's two corn cobs stuck together to look like one, but maybe there is some sort of mutant mandingo sweet-corn hybrid that I am unaware of?
