I think it's already been accepted that Noodle for the most part has terribad taste buds.
I didn't say cereal tasted bad, I said it was shit tier.

Give me sausages, bacon, eggs, even a bagel over some overprocessed cardboard crunchies in the morning.

Also I'm a supertaster. What part of 'super' do you not understand? If anything, you guys should be worshipping my taste buds.

I never eat cereal any more, but I like it. Calling it shit-tier is something only a super tasting faggot would find acceptable!

The last year or so, I've skipped breakfast altogether and just been doing coffee. It was tough at first, but I find fasting in the morning is easier than eating less for dinner.

Cereal is an anytime food. The recent talk in this thread prompted me to have a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch for dinner tonight instead of Burger King.

There's no reason to eat breakfast. I've been going without a regular breakfast for years, without any problems. A black coffee and I'm good to go. It's all what you're used to.

I'd rather not eat breakfast or lunch and roll both those meals into one enormous dinner. The hunger that builds up over the course of the day really builds the anticipation for dinner and increases the pleasure of dinner.

There are plenty of reasons to eat breakfast. More and smaller meals help regulate body weight, and your mental capacity is elevated when you are rested and fed. And the list goes on.
I'm not saying you have to gorge yourself for breakfast, but fasting until dinner is not a good health option.

I go to the gym on my lunch break, so I have to eat a lunch when I get back. No way I could skip lunch, even if dinner made me cream my pants.

Some sciencetician motherfucker tested fasting in the morning on himself and found it had no negative effect. This was a few years back, I was googling just now and apparently there's been a very recent study that shows it's also a good way to lose weight.

I'm not saying eating breakfast is bad, and I'm sure it is good if you're used to it. But there are plenty of people who fast regularly (either breakfast or breakfast and lunch) and manage to stay mentally sharp and physically fit. Fasting is also a very legitimate fat loss/weight control strategy.

There is nothing inherently unhealthy about eating once a day, assuming you're not overeating during that meal and you're getting the quality calories that your body needs. I'm guessing you don't read the weight loss thread here very much, as this topic has been discussed ad nauseum there.

When I was like 8 I went to the nurse feeling sick. She asked what I had for breakfast, which was a banana. She then sent me to the office and I got a detention.

Ever since then I have not skipped breakfast.

I do not read that thread. Sorry for rehashing an old issue.

I have to say, I would rather eat four meals a day than one. Regular food intake is what I crave. But I have a very high metabolism. I've done fasting for various reasons and felt like shit every time. But that's just me.

Just had one of the premium chicken sandwiches from McDonald's. Holy shit was it terrible. Rubbery as hell and no flavor. At least it was free from using their app.

Stopped by BK to get breakfast yesterday, which I've never done. I saw that they had $1 sausage biscuits, so I tried ordering three of those. The women tells me that, with cheese, they're like $3.40 or something. Supposedly this takes them off the dollar menu and they have to charge a different price? I know McDonalds used to have a key for adding stuff like cheese for 10 cents, so this sounded like BS.

Couldn't confirm it online, though, but that's what they told me as I was in the drive-through.
