Just drove around trying to find those Rockstar's, couldn't find shit. I'll try a different Quiktrip later in the week.

Now, for my formal review of the Lay's Hot pot chips.

After opening the box and revealing the large amount of dildos and then the smell of them, I for sure thought that if I powered through I would be rewarded with a heavenly scent from the gods themselves. Instead, I damn near vomited from the smell these things emit, it was so bad that I almost didn't eat them. It smelled like my jr. high gym bag at the end of a school year.

However, since Regime is my Taco Gringo brotha from another mother I decided to give them a shot. This is one of those chips where the heat slowly sneaks up on you and get's to a point where you really need something to drink (Keep in mind I'm also a pussy when it comes to hot things. Habenero is about my limit). The next thing I know I've gone through the entire bag and wanted more, which I found odd since it's not even an amazing flavor. I have no idea what a Chinese hot pot actually is, but I imagine this is exactly what it would taste like in soup form. That being said if these were available I'd definitely pick them up from time to time.

7/10 would eat again.

They also made me want to try some more of those crazy asian chips/sodas etc. I'm going to hit up the asian market this weekend and see what I can find. I'll post up some pictures if I find anything interesting.

Yes that "smell" is Sichuan pepper corn and cumin pepper. It's great flavor but if you eat one and aren't used to it, your mouth will be as numb as if you just did a 8 ball.

Yea chy this is the what those chips are trying to imitate although the real thing is of course much more tasty and spicy. You cook your own meat/veggies and drink lots of beer. I guess the cultural aspect is similar to BBQ.

Eating the best burger I've had in months if not years from a place called Pak A Sak in Pampa Texas while I watch a massive fucking line work its way through McDonald's next door. What a bunch of jackasses.

Don't make me tell the story of the chili place in Amarillo that was shut down.

Wonder if they over run with cats and dogs in the area now?

Whoever decided Pak a Sak is a good name is fucking ridiculous.

I thought pac-a-sack or something similar was a convenience store chain similar to 7-11. Which it may be but getting a good burger sounds dubious.

You're right and that's probably why I typed it that way. It was Pak-A-Burger which really isn't much better. How ever it's an old drive in/drive thru and it was freaking fantastic.
