New Haven pizza is thin and greasy. It's not nearly as good as NY pizza. Then again, I grew up in NY and moved to CT 8 years ago. I live in Middletown and can safely say 98% of pizza in CT is pure shit. There is some good pizza in New Haven but it isn't better than a good NY slice.

I used to hit the KFC buffet in college all the time. It was awesome because it had stuff that wasn't on the regular menu at the time like chicken fried steak and chicken livers. The chicken fried steak was basically the little patties like you used to get in school lunches.

Believe it or not, the best fast food chicken strips are at Arby's now. At least at the local one here they never cook them ahead of time. It's always a 5 minute wait but they are always crunchy and hot as hell.

There is like one or two decent places in Middletown. As for New Haven, usually the best places are not in the city itself but in smaller towns like Staven, Brantford and others. One of the best pizzas I've had is from John and Maria's.

Chicken/Southern fried steak with white gravy and mashed potatoes is basically the best meal in the world.

Which places in Middletown? Illiano's is passable but still not what I would call good pizza. I haven't tried Mondo yet and Krust is just completely terrible.

Illiano's and Carmine's, both of which arent good but can be eaten atleast. I only assume Middletown has horrible pizza places that stay in business due to all the Wesleyan hipsters.

This is crazy, do they make a different size bowl in your city? Whenever i have a bowl sometimes i think i could use a bit more, then i start doing something and realize i'm full. I could see a bigger person then me eating two bowls but three is just gross dude.

I generally don't stay up with current fitness fads but I thought the idea of cheat days was pretty much proven as a terrible idea. You don't have to eat 20 servings of Kale a day but doing that for 6 days a week then gorging yourself on 10,000 calories on Sunday is just retarded.

Yes, that version of a cheat day is retarded. But eating a bacon cheeseburger one day a week is what most normal people would consider a cheat day. My cheat day consists of drinking 2-3 delicious beers. Something I haven't been doing during the week.

McCheese is king of the calorie packing cheat day. He probably ate close to that 10k calorie mark on his cheat day, without alcohol. Like I said, impressive.

In the spirit of this thread I think I'll eat some Taco Bell on my cheat day this week.
