Indy got a place ~a year ago called Hopcat that's some franchise brewery place, but they have fries they call "crack fries". I hadn't been there until Halloween and jeebus chrust they were fucking great. They're like the garlic/parmesan/slightly battered type of fries and I think it's one of those places you could just order a full plate of fries and have made the best decision possible.

How much stuff do you put condiments on? I really can't think of any food that I use them on other than hotdogs and hamburgers, and maybe ketchup with fries.
Almost every sandwich ever? You eat dry sandwiches? WTF dude.

i make a lot of random burritos with condiments. not mexican style always... i just like the convenience of wrapping things in a tortilla. i make a pretty mean chicken and veggie burrito using kraft chipotle mayo. i use a lot of BBQ sauce. when i was vegetarian for a few years i would make burritos with fake ground beef and top 'em with A1 sauce. (because meat is fucking delicious and even tho i went vegetarian, i wanted food that tasted like meat still)

Theres one here in Columbus(Logan's Roadhouse). Never been, though.
For a chain, they actually have pretty decent food, and it's pretty cheap too.

They do Longhorn/Outback quality steaks for probably 30% less price. It's solid.

I usually just cook steaks at home since its so much cheaper than a restaurant. Do they make good ribs? I find Outback's ribs pretty good. But now that they opened a Montgomery Inn up here in Columbus I go there to get my rib fix.

When I'm in the mood for just a plain ol' steak with no fancying up at all, Logan's is my go to. It's consistently good.

Always wondered why they didn't start their own restaurants. I mean it's shit tier, but that doesn't stop anyone in 'Murica.
They do operate cafeterias as part of their food services business. They had the contract for ours at work for a few years. Shit tier was about right.

There's a Montgomery Inn in Columbus now? Those ribs are so good.

There was a big discussion on a local message board about how a local restaurant makes their thin-crust pizza and there was a ton of speculation until a former employee came on and said "It's sysco crust #27 and sysco pizza sauce #3". What a let-down. The pizzas aren't bad though.

When I was younger I'd poise a question to people if they had the ability to never eat and never be hungry again but you'd never be able to taste anything ever again would you do it? My answer would be absolutely. I get very little enjoyment from eating and honestly constantly having to eat is a gigantic hassle.

yeah if eating is a hassle to you you should probably just invest in a good blender

Sysco runs the gammut actually (although not top tier) - been looking at using them as a supplier, their bottom tier stuff isn't great (although there's worse vendors) - but their high range is pretty good without setting up a bunch of more narrow contracts.

Shit, that reminds me I've still got about another few samples I've got to check from my kit they sent to woo me for a contract...
