Since the cafeteria is running at limited capacity they've invited a bunch of food trucks here on different days. Some are meh some are legit. Today was legit:

Buffalo chicken pita (buffalo chicken, lettuce, banana peppers, feta cheese, mozz cheese, on a pita) w/ shoestring fries covered in feta + some feta'ish sauce

Spicy beef and bean enchilada lean cuisine. I have a lean cuisine for lunch at work just about every day that I don't have left overs from the night before. Actually my first time trying this one, not too bad, the enchilada and sauce were good, but it also comes with lean cuisines mexican style rice which I'm not a huge fan of. Might have it again some day in the future when I'm needing a change, but it won't be added to my staples.

That and a couple of homemade fig cookies the wife made yesterday.

Beans, brown rice, onion, jalape?os and broccoli with a bag of Salt and vinegar chips and a 16oz coke. I was too lazy to make chicken for my meals this week so I just subbed in extra broccoli.

I reheated a rice/beans/cheese/chicken thing I made this week, and washed it down with a killer IPA. Then I ate half a bag of doritos.

For lunch I had a jalapeno bacon cheeseburger(pepperjack cheese) + crinkle-cut fries at a local diner chain here called the Big Biscuit.

And yes, they have big biscuits

Ha, it's been my standard lunch for the last year or so, just usually has chicken to add some extra filling in there. I eat healthy at work so I can drink beer at night and not get a dad bod.
