Oh God. Noodle you'd be angry at me this morning. After putting on my raw denim today I decided my beard was looking a bit scraggly so I had to soften it up with some beard oil. We'd be the worst of friends irl.

On a fast food note I had the Penn Station pizza sub today. Sofuckingood.

Mcdonalds coffee is legit. Only other time I go there is when I am craving a Big Mac.

Rumor is that the mcdonalds CEO was resisting turning them into a more chipotle like restaurant and one if the major reasons he resigned. Which is funny to me considering they used to own chipotle.

Fast Food version of Chipotle sounds disgusting. They would fail but by the time they failed, Burger King would go down too, leaving Wendy's which they would eventually fail as well, leaving Taco Bell. ...This is the subplot to Demolition Man.

I am having a hard time with people finding McDonalds' coffee good. It just isn't. Now, mind you, I don't think Starbucks has particularly good coffee, either. There are very few places to go out and get a GOOD cup of coffee. I'll stick with what I brew at home.

Moral of the story: McDonalds makes coffee. I find it about on par with Starbucks. I hate them both.

I never claimed the coffee was good, just tolerable enough to drink since I'd have to walk a couple blocks away and wait in the dumb hipster line for good coffee.

And pay ridiculous prices. I went to some coffee bar on the outskirts of Portland while I was out there. I was just walking around town one day after my conference ended but my friends were still workin so we couldn't go drink beer and decided I wanted a coffee. Walked in, looked at the $6 price tag for a cup of frigan coffee and walked out. There is a serious problem when coffee costs more than awesome beer (for the coffee drinkers)

I spend like 20 minutes in line then it takes me like 25 minutes to eat a burrito, nothing fast about it.
