I'm curious how often ya'll eat fast food. I never really followed the thread much till I changed work and the guys eat fast food every day. I'm not sure I could handle it that much. I do it twice a week at most. Otherwise I eat real food brought from home or I run home for lunch sinc I'm temporarily living 3 minutes away.

I'll eat out a couple times a week. I have to switch it up though. I can't eat at the same place too often. A man needs options.

Usually twice a week for lunch but I work in downtown Chicago so I could do it everyday and it would probably take me 3 months before I ate at the same place twice.

Almost never. I get fast food breakfast like twice a week on the morning ride home from weights at the gym b/c I'm terrible about eating enough in general and protein shakes, etc... are just dumb. So I get a chicken biscuit and call it a success.
