So all of the cheese spread discussion we had a few days back got me to go out and get some Big Russ's Beer Cheese Spread. I've never had beer cheese before but is it supposed to have some heat to it? I didn't get the jalapeno flavor just the original and while I wouldn't say it's hot, it certainly has more heat than I usually associate with plain cheese.

They other than 6 months + of shitty monthly special burgers, got rid of 2 for 3 or even 3.50 Sausage/egg/cheese biscuits, making it just straight sausage biscuit, and the original SECB was like 3.89!!!!

I got their new french toast breakfast sandwhich, kinda meh, not even a candle to the mcgriddle. Worst of it was some hormel shit tier out of a can style sausage patties. Noticed they now have 2 for 3.50 again on the SEBC. Look at pics, appears to be same shitty inedible patty that was on the french toast... so much for getting my hopes up.

But the new Tex mex burger was pretty good. New bacon is better, roast peppers/onions, pepper jack, santa fe sauce. Oh and I guess the commercial is setting off everyones triggers.

I really don't know how people can eat McDonald's breakfast. Quik Trip blows that shit out of the water, and I don't even think they're trying.

Quik Trip is gas station shop here in CT. And not the awesome Sheetz and Wawa kind of gas station food. The microwaved frozen pizza kinda gas station food.

Well one comes with fresh eggs and the gas station one is warmed up premade frozen stuff.

I just get some of their (microwaved) breakfast sandwiches, and I think they have them most places. But they are updating a lot of QTs to where they have a kitchen area that churns out food. I'm kinda meh on it, but a lot of people think that stuff is the bomb.

Our freshly cracked and scrambled eggs, as well as egg whites are cooked on the grill with liquid margarine.We also use the grill to heat our folded egg, which is previously cooked in our suppliers? kitchens before arriving at our restaurants. As for the eggs used in our Sausage Burrito, we cook these in our suppliers? kitchens then microwave in our restaurants prior to serving.

I guess it depends on what type of egg? And I wish I could say that they still keep everything in lukewarm staging cabinets and then microwave everything, but maybe they've changed (they do change their methods fairly frequently).

Regardless, I know those sandwiches at QT are nuked, they still taste better to me.

Well obviously any decent human gets the McMuffins because they are real eggs which you obviously know I was referencing. If you want to eat dog food you don't tell everyone that Alpo tastes the best.

I usually get two Sausage McMuffins with egg and a hash brown. Tear that hash brown in half and put the pieces on the McMuffins.

Mayor McCheese may be biased on this

Now if we go back to old school McDonalds where the biscuits were fresh and not frozen, their biscuit sandwiches would move way up my list.
