yes, Wally West is also a Flash.
the first Flash was Jay Garrick. Golden age.
1940-1951.

1956. Silverage.
Barry Allen. Origin as seen. Took the name, The Flash, reading the comics based on Jay Garrick. (golden age comics, are ACTUAL comics, in the DC universe.) Earth 2, exists as comic books on Earth 1.
1961. Flash of two worlds, introduces the Multiverse, where Barry accidentlies, into the parallel universe of Earth2, and meets Jay.

1959. Kid flash is introduced.
Wally west, Barry's nephew, via marriage to Iris West. Recreates the lab accident which gave Barry his powers. Also gets them.
Kid flash is a sidekick. And then founding member of Teen Titans.

1987. Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Barry dies(becomes one with the Speedforce), vs the Anitmonitor.
Wally takes on the identity/name, The Flash.
"my name is Wally West. I'm the fastest man alive." is actually Wally's catchphrase.

Justice League:united is Wally.
Teen titans kid flash, is Wally.
Kingdom come flash, is wally.

(what I am saying is, most well known Flash is WALLY, not Barry.)

2009 Barry returned with Flash:Rebirth.
Flashpoint unmade Wally. Expected to return soon, as a young black male.


Someone high up in DC, insisted on bringing Barry back, despite Wally being far more well known, and popular. they grew up with Barry, and when they got EIC, they were able to rewrite the universe to make it happen..

Maybe since Barry's figured out a way to fight the Turtle, he'll figure out how to fight Zoom. Zoom isn't a speedster, he slows down time just like the Turtle. That's the comic book explanation, anyway.

Has potential to be pretty bad ass with 3 speedsters all against each other and Barry being the slowest.

In the comics, Wally develops a connection to the speed force better than any other speedster in existence, and makes Barry look slow. Barry is NOT the fastest man alive after Wally rises in prominence. We'll see if the TV show follows.

My money is on Zoom being Earth 2 Wally

You do sorta have to wonder if him being voiced by a black guy has any significance...like if he's ever unmasked and it's a Vader moment it would be pretty weird.

At best we agreed it was one of the stronger possibilities.

I don't know how fast Wally can get up too, but Bart Allen is ridiculous.

Like I said earlier in this thread when the Titans meet Impulse for the first time his whole world is moving so fast that he isn't even visible at any time.

They originally were just there to see about a haunting at a local library, and it turned out to be Allen just consuming everything in it.

Like all comics it all just comes down to whatever the writer wants. Sometimes Zoom can kick the entire JLA's ass, and sometimes he gets beat down just by Wonder Woman.

Thank goodness they gave Patty Spivot brains and let her figure it out and not be a babbling idiot the entire season like Iris was last year..and yeah the Hunter Zoloman reveal was a mind fuck.

Kind of dumb he denies being the flash to Patty, last episode he was about to tell her multiple times but got interrupted and basically everyone else know already, but he suddenly decides that he isnt going to tell her now and not just that but vehemently deny it when she finds out?
