So 13 months after returning to the states and leading a pretty shitty life trying to do what needed to be done for my education/career, having gone nearly a year without getting laid due to being poor/stressed/miserable (the one occasion being fairly regrettable but necessary), I'm back to my usually self. I know this isn't the relationship thread... But has anyone here been in a long-term relationship where the sex has gradually gotten better with time? I've been going out with this girl for like 5 months now, and the sex ranges from bad to "ok".. I keep trying to introduce new things, and keep getting shot down. Should I just cut my losses and get out now, or is there any hope for improvement? She's like one of those "missionary position only within the confines of marriage" type of girls basically... No, I don't consider 5 months long term... but I would rather get some advice from others on the topic before it gets to that point. She's great .... other than the sex. I've tried discussing it with her, but to put it "very" mildly, she got quite upset and started calling herself worthless as a girlfriend and whatnot when I brought it up.
