I've been slamming my head against The Sleeper and think I have a class/dps problem I won't be able to overcome.

Right now I am running a SK/Bzker/Cler with about 2k AA's and full TOV gear. The fight just goes too long, my DPS CD's start to wear off, and once the add's start popping, their DPS + Kera just overwhelm me. The only thing I can think of is mindlessly running Veeshan's Peak for more Augs, which I don't really want to do.

Seriously considering dropping the SK for Monk. Hearing that the Monk/Berserker/Cleric build is popping off right now.

I died to him at lvl 51 on my SK. Got him to like 20% maybe? when I had around 200-300 AA. had guild come help np. This was right when kunark launched.

I've done the SK epic a few more times for alts at 60 with 1000 aa and he's a breeze dies like any other trash mob.

So i think you'd be ok but it might be close, just ask someone to come help if you are worried

I haven't played those specific 3 classes together but I kill sleeper on 5 different combinations of toons. You should be saving absolutely every offensive CD for the last 25% if they aren't lasting till the end.

The only things I would pop before 25% would be the cleric totem and elixir and anything else that heals you for the add at 75%.

As soon as he hits 25%, i would pop the cleric ability that makes all your spells crit +twincast (i think clerics get that?) and then you pop HT + LT + you just spam lifespike + lifedraw as fast as you can to take advantage of your 100% crit rate. You need to get him below 10% ASAP so you can start getting Finishing Blows on him.

The only trio that I Disc from the beginning is zerker / cleric / monk and thats because he kills sleeper in 2 minutes and completely ignores the add at 75% lol. Everyone else I am just waiting... slowly... and then 25% and I shit on them. Just need to learn proper burn I am guessing. You also have at least 2 defensive discs right? the shield one for SK and a riposte disc on berserker? So save those for when the drakes spawn.

These are the 5 toons I kill sleeper with. The time is from opening the DZ and when sleeper actually dies. I also do BB on 3 of those 5 but he's really not worth it. But it is fun to do BB on the clr / zer / mnk and the clr / mag / bst.

I'm leveling a monk/ber/clr right now so have no first hand experience, just reading the burn guides on discord.

All of the burns and cooldowns are berserker+cleric, there's a few monk ones like inner flame but like 99% it's ber+clr. Monk brings 2 specials and some AA which boost melee so really the difference sk to monk is dps vs sustain.

How low do you get kera when the adds pop? Do you save deflection for them? If you are no where close then that would determine how much more dps you need.

My nec/shm/sk can't kill him before adds but I just pop deflection and then tab through casting soulwell on each of them so I'm never in danger I can tank kera and all the adds np until they all die.

My war/bst/wiz kills him before adds spawn.

Seru has never been part of the progression to Vex Thal. The mats needed for Seru bane weapons are very easy to farm. And there will most likely be people auctioning their Blacksmithing skills for combines for donations. And that’s if the system is the same as it was when that content first came out. You and Kirun are just bitching to bitch at this point.

Adds spawn 1 minute after he hits 25% and does his emote to call for help. If you get adds and he is t dead then yes click off cleaving rage if it’s still going and pop whirlwind or the other riposte disc.

Also make sure to grab the second set of macros from the disco channel (the dude who took screenshots of them), as they simplify it. I need to mash the macros numerous times to get them work though, probably because I am spaming the punch/kick/frenzy macro all the time.

I have also been working on getting gear for my petcuck to do a 3rd sleeper kill but holy shit it needs a lot of gear for the PC and 3 pets. Not to mention the mage epic is the worst one I did so far, with cleric a close second (skyfire pearls suck)... which are both BiS for petcuck.

I did 5x mage epics over the weekend while locking out on 4x chars. Sack up.

Well fuck me, I didnt know you could not level up augs.... That blows.

Outside the the healing vendor wep augs, I didn't muck around with them much until after killing sleeper. The bosses in Veesheen peaks also drop augs, but I don't know if I got a single good one from there, but I just skip everything but the last boss. I still don't have augs in every slot. When farming Nardox, I think I got 1 lego, 4 or so blue, and 8 or so green, at around level 50, and been using those ever since.

Well im still 56 because I was leveling up all the gear. Now im done and I have about 800AA and 458 spell power. Is this good enough to take on some shit or not yet? I tried the 2 norrath dragons and they were trivial. Since then I got about 200 more AA.
