The first Matrix 1 probably in my top 10 favorite movies, 2-3 not so much. So really not sure how I feel about another Matrix movie. That being said I thought the trailer looked decent enough to raise my interest a little...probably only to see Keanu being Neo again.
I don't think we need this...the trilogy told a complete story, it had a beginning, middle and an end...regardless of whether is was good or not, it concluded.

If any major plot details have leaked (like why are Trinity and Neo alive) I'm not aware of them. Is this supposed to be a 3 level matrix or something? Die in "real world"/level 2, wake up in 2nd matrix/lvl 1? Then pop out in the actual real world?
And yeah, why is Morpheus recast? There was drama with Hugo Weaving and that's why they wrote Smith out yeah? Was there shit with Fishburne, too but they figured they couldn't write him out?

At the end of Matrix they agreed to relaunch it and the machines had everyone’s data, so it’s probably just a future version of the matrix and the machines are being butts again, which requires patrons to have ‘the choice,’ but allows them to keep harvesting all those juicy bods.

Just remake the movie with some consessions to the previous movies and woke twitter mob, then add in the 'memberberries. Same as the last two Terminator reboots.
