Either way, there are a lot of complexities to the crop circle phenomenon that I haven't seen explained anywhere, like how some of them have their fallen wheat weaved together meticulously in perfect circles and the stalks are flattened with no actual damage to their structure, something that would seem to be pretty unlikely if a person is flattening them with a board (which creates numerous structural breaks).

I also think we should have a Why Files thread, that's a real good idea.

i was being a smart ass. the New York Times is a rag full of lazy reporters pushing an agenda. maybe at one time they ran good stories with good journalism behind it, but thats not the case anymore. still it makes sense that if a couple of drunks can fool the world with a board and some rope, then the more complex crop circles were created with a similar method. aliens arent making crop circles. it makes no sense, why would they weave wheat? its just people fucking with other people for attention.

That's absolutely not true. He openly states that the structure of the show is to present the conspiracy, legend, etc. as fact then in the final segment he tries to debunk it with the facts known.

Ok, that's fair.

I just watched the Moon Landing Hoax episode last night, and that was exactly the format that was followed. First half hour presenting the claim as if it were real. Second half was tackling the issues with every portion of the claim

I've been waiting for years. He's got time to repost 4000 tweets a day across multiple threads, and supposedly work and play games and eat lunch and whatever other excuse, and post at this point what must be hundreds of gifs in response to my queries, but he can't type a paragraph or two that briefly explains his thoughts. Maybe he's just emulating his UFO heroes who also never produce anything concrete or tangible so they can squirm around it when someone questions it.
