"The main point is to deter the activity using some of our electronic means that can respond to most of these small commercial systems and deny them access to the airspace over our bases," the spokesperson said. "We don't know what the activity is. We don't know ... if it is criminal. But I will tell you that it is irresponsible. Here on the military side, we are just as frustrated with the irresponsible nature of this activity."
The orb uap being spotted across the country/world started up before the drones were deployed. The same day that nuclear assets were deployed to various areas in the US/UK. The drones didn't start up until Dec 6th.
Really sounds like there's zero comms coming from the CIA/DOE/OGA about the new drone 'testing' & active operation.
Joint Staff Addresses Drones Over New Jersey Military Installations
A spokesperson from the Joint Staff acknowledged that there had been sightings of drones over two military installations in New Jersey, but said such sightings are typical.

Eric Davis says several times during that interview we have not reverse engineered any craft and he said with certainty that we do not have alien reproduction vehicles. I think he's being truthful, Townsend in the late 40s/early 50s had demonstration vehicles that exhibited zero gravity. I don't think we need to understand alien craft to build these types as we had already figured out anti gravity. The two things are not mutually exclusive.
