My guess (or hope? because fuck this current society) is either NHI or an advanced breakaway civilization (or maybe we're some sort of colony experiment kept in the dark from an advanced civilization of humans for some purpose). I'm talking mainly about the gravity defying plasma orbs. Are they watching nuclear sites to prevent nuclear war and the collapse of civilization due to the impending fall of the deep state/cabal and their "if we can't have it, no one can" ideology? Whatever it is I'm here for it lol
