I thought they'd do the double whammy of the one kid whose mom wants to put a psych hold on her son would shoot up the festival (which the girls he hated went to). Close enough for me.

Anyway, it's a good thing the show is really good, cause the woke shit is just always punching you in the face.

I feel like this episode one of the writers had seen someone give birth and was like, "what the fuck? I'm going to make everyone else see that shit too." Assholes.

My daughter lost her mind when they showed the baby crowning it was hilarious.

Next episode is aftermath of active shooter, gonna be interesting.

I've never seen another show quite like this one. When the guy pissed on the student doctor they very clearly showed his dong. They very clearly showed a vagina during birth, and a relatively long shot. They've shown boobs a few times. But it isn't the fact that they show it that is remarkable, what's remarkable is how they just move past it immediately like it's no big deal, just part of the job. Like others have said here, the show is really well acted, but it is also really well directed and written.

I just got caught up on this show and now I have to wait weekly for new episodes. Boo.

Yeah I feel ya man, this is one of the wife and my favorites. That birthing thing was pretty WOW. What's the old joke, they should make tires out of vaginas because they don't wear out. I mean homeboy had his hand all up in that woman.

This show has been great.

Another fantastic episode. One thing that really strikes me about this show is just how many extras they use for the realism. It truly feels like what you think of as a big city ER. The pacing was fanatic for this episode and I imagine the next. Despite that, the little stories still played the part. This level of detail has never been seen in a medical show, like this. ER took it to a new level. The PITT takes even higher. I honestly believe this is about as close as you can get to feeling real.

Best show currently on in any format.

The birthing scene caught me off guard, had instant flashbacks to the Ghost of Christmas Future in Scrooged
