Easily the best song they've cut since Portnoy left, but I still can't stand Mangina. Amazing how such a technically advanced drummer can be so sterile.
^ That's way better than I expected. Haven't listened to any of the material yet but saw they're playing in SF in March. Considered it worth going to just for Portnoy.
Yeah this is definitely the best album since Black Clouds. I might even put it above that because beyond Count of Tuscany that album kind of sucks. Honestly Octavarium was the last album I truly enjoyed front to back.
