Lane splitting is illegal in Florida and people do it all the time and it's dangerous as fuck because no one is looking out for it... since it's illegal

The window was down. You can see the dash in the 2nd frame. Whatever camera this is on has some sucky ass reso/fps. It just shows as a long blurr

I'm confused why people are even questioning this given the state of the guy that got out of the vehicle when it was pulled over. Fucking Joe Dirt gets out? Yeah that dude sure as shit threw the can out.
