This whole thing was just a do over of the first attack but with a tank... they even blew up the same damn watch tower as an opener. Again people can't shoot anything but zombies with any accuracy, that's expected by now, but wtf is the point of having a tank if the schmuck inside it cannot aim at anything except innocent walls and empty pedestrian bridges

? There were stationary targets everywhere, not to mention the bus that everyone is defending/falling back to... it's not like the guy inside it wasn't eager to kill anyone. Ninja Rick/Bullet proof zombie was also fun lol.

If they were going to go down this road then I wish the writers would have done it the last time around. But why bother I guess if they can milk a season of filler for the people who can actually sit through commercials to watch this crap with smiles on their faces. I wouldn't be able to manage it if I couldn't skip through 50-80% of each episode at need.

Anyway it would be nice if Tyrese/the kids, the bus people and Rick/Carl end up split up for a good long while, it could be interesting and at any rate I am glad that they are finally out of that dead end location.

Real world Gov doesn't kill Herschel because hes gonna catch ammo to the face and die himself. TWD Gov does whatever the fuck he wants because TWD. Just have to turn your brain off sometimes for this show but all in all for TWD this wasn't a horrible episode and they finally moved the story along. Like someone else said this should have been last seasons finale.

For all the stupid, moronic, retarded, and outlandish shit they pull on this show... this one kinda made sense.

Plus, they all but came out and said she was the one that killed the 2 sickies, just before the tank started blowing holes in the prison. Carol just copped to it to cover up and probably dragged the bodies out and burned them to cover up the little serial killers deed.

Yep the little girl plot line is doing alright so far aside from Carol being willing to let her loose on her friends without any warning at all. She was pretty much great in the finale.

bus/glenn are gonna be away for a while, glenn will probably take over as bus leader for a bit
maggie and black ppl (tyreese sister/black doc) black ppl might end up starting up the relationship, could make sense, alcoholic emo bob could be a good way for tyreese to be awesome later on, and this in turn we will have the maggie missing glenn story while he's leading the bus,
daryl/beth they start something? hell beth shoulda been dead seasons ago and daryl is the only good made up character, why not,
rick/carl go on their little 2 eps father son adventure for a while, get in trouble get saved by - loner michonne
they all meet up at maggie's farm(like the comics) maybe by then beth will have died, to finally push maggie over the edge
then they finally meet abe/eugene/rosita this is the first google image of the actress playing rosita

i think the season finale will be carl fessing up about ben and billy(this will probably happen the next to last eps and the fess up will be the finale), i think we know who the ben and billy are.

overall i think they did a lot of juxtapose on who dies comics vs. tv, and it makes sense tv tyreese is just another black guy and his death would mean nothing, hershel basically had an entire flu epidemic centered around him, and in the end he tried his hardest (and succeeded) in saving his son (glenn), it was actually touching and they really expanded the hershel + (minor dale) in the tv series and took out a lot of that religious bs.

Really enjoyed the last two episodes, the redemption followed by the 180 right back to where he started was kinda weak and rushed for the Gov though.

Was also disappointed Carol didn't show up guns blazing and save the day.

herschel and the gov were the best actors on this show. who is gonna take up the slack? Carl is maybe the only other good actor on the show that i dont want to get eaten by a zombie.

Daryl and Carol are my two favorites, so maybe we can have the show focus on them in the future. Fuck the gov storyline, glad it is over, I just want Rick to die.

The entirety of season 3 should have just been condensed into half of what it was, with this season as the second half. The last episode was perfect for a season finale.

And I'm guessing that now that everyone is on the run again, they needed to get rid of the less mobile characters, Hershel and the baby.

I'm not sure the baby is dead, it's probably with Beth (farmer's daughter 2). There are now 3 different groups right? The group on the bus (Glen, black chick, ?), Tyreese, and the kids (including crazy girl), Maggie and Glenn (along with Rick and Carl?).

Yeah, if you look at the scene where the walkway gets hit by the tank Tyrese is running holding something in his arms. The crazy sisters had judith and they were the ones who saved Tyrese. Also they run a different direction when he says they need to go one direction so they are presumably running back to baby Judith and Tyrese most likely has her.

Yeah, not to mention this is right before, or after?, the scene where the alcoholic medic guy gets shot and is glad there is an exit wound. They could have at least made another riot zombie appear out of nowhere to make it feasible.

How much of a badass is Daryl? Besides the zombie shield he manages to take out a tank by dropping a grenade down the barrel? I was loving it. Thank God they didn't decide to kill him off.

Heh I made the exact same comment to my wife while watching this episode. Nothing seemed to make sense.

Also would throwing a nade down the barrel of a tank actually work? I'm leaning towards no way in fuck since it isn't like that barrel is just open-air attached to the cockpit.

That is basically the conclusion I arrived at while watching. I know absolutely nothing about the anatomy of a tank but I figured if the barrel can withstand shooting out a giant fucking shell it could handle a grenade. Though this is TV where grenades are the most powerful explosive ever created. The only way I could imagine it would work is if you have to load the shell via some breech and they left it open and the grenade could leak into the cockpit that way.

I would think a grenade exploding inside the barrel would be enough to render it useless. Granted, if it didn't make it's way into the cockpit and only destroyed the barrel, I'm sure they could still drive it through walls.
