More recent Thor stories(post Civil War) have Loki being more of a real behind the scenes mastermind and threat to Thor/Asgard. Not sure if this is in response to his movie character being such a hit or just some writers taking a shine to him.

when i read stuff like that i really wonder what the fuck the authors had in mind....i mean....were they adult men? older than 15yo ? because if you are older than 15 there is no way you could think about that scene and say "yeah it will be awesome"

being little kids is the only reason that can explain it. The other one involve degrading their intellectual capabilities

Thing about Loki is that he isn't inherently evil like luthor or joker are. He is a trickster god. He enjoys manipulation the same way Ares likes war. His nature puts him at odds with the good guys at times but he is under the impression that he is the rightful heir of Asgard. And anyone in his position would think the same. Odin led him on like he would some day have the throne, knowing that he was just a foil for his real son. Good reason to hate Thor.
