I will probably be sticking with Twitch for the foreseeable future as most of what I enjoy vwatching isn't even to be found on Mixer, such as old 90s games and stuff like EU4 and CK2. It seems Mixer is mostly for the more mainstream games such as Fotnight, CoD and stuff.

I watched him a little when destiny had an expansion, he has a good following. 5-10k range I'd say, maybe less atm due to destiny's popularity

I assume KingGothalian's move is for a different reason than Ninja/Shroud. He runs GuardianCon which, correct me if I'm wrong, is one of the bigger charity events on twitch nowadays. Charity is important to him and having a direct line to Microsoft/XBox has to improve what he and his crew can do. I think Broman is the guy he co-streams with the most, and in his announcement he said that would continue, its just that one will be on twitch, and he on mixer.

People like him moving makes sense. He's a big Destiny 2 dude, so going Microsoft platform and bringing his 5kish viewership that he's built up (he was like 1kish in D1 if I remember) will actually help Mixer. He'll be a bigger fish in a smaller pond, reap the benefits of that. Unlike Ninja/Shroud. Like a carp in a puddle.

I don't think he cares though. I think that Shroud, Ninja, and himself, are all sick of seeing the way that twitch is going. Don't get me wrong though, while Shroud and Ninja are sick of Twitch's shit, the phat paycheck is what really brought them over.

I think you're insane if you think Shroud or Ninja gave a rats ass about anything Twitch did. The reality is most people just don't care

I really don't know, I don't know how much he can expand, what twitch wanted or prevented, and I'm still 99% sure the MS check was the main motivator, but yea...

You think twitch would think twice before letting a person like shroud back? Youre fucking crazy. Maybe based on some personal beef, but from a pure business perspective, shroud, like him or not is a constant 30-60K views every time he streams. He was even pulling 30K while streaming WoW, something that his peeps probabaoy never saw in their lives.
