Im thinking the commercial was a hint that someone is draining Wandas magic?
Feeding on Yo' Magic...and the kid on the deserted island just slowly withers away.

Commercial is the darkest by far. Slogan was "Snack for survivors", but the kid wasn't a survivor and thus couldn't eat the 'yo-magic' and died.

So it could mean a bunch of things:

1) Her survivor's guilt (ie, Pietro died because he didnt have magic, but she did because of her magic)
2) Something is literally feeding off her magic
3) If she can't get a handle on her magic, she will die

Could the 'aerospace engineer' be Forge? Before he was clearly a mutant he worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. making all sorts of wacky devices and weapons.

Considering they are supposedly working on a Fantastic Four movie, I wouldn't be surprised if they tease that in some regard as the aerospace engineer angle.

They're already presumably going to use this show to tease Doctor Strange 2, and they've started to dip their toes into the X-Men pool.

Also laughed at the "Kick-ass?" line by SW since both Quicksilvers were in KickAss and the original was actually KickAss himself.

I was wondering about that. It was so out of left field. Would have never known that both actors were Quicksilver, which is a very interesting angle. Would love to know how that happened because the coincidence is amazing.

Having just realized that the two kids are the kid from The Boy (the one who played Brahms) and the young version of Oliver Jackson-Cohen from Haunting of Hill House makes me think they were casting the roles with an eye to a fruitful future for the characters.

All they showed was the edge of the hex washing over her as she screamed.

Until next week when she shits up the otherwise enjoyable show again, I'm gonna interpret that to mean she died horribly rather than being "translated" into the TV reality.

Eh, I like her and the character is fine. Apparently so does Marvel as she has more MCU projects after Wandavision.
