Do you mean favourite weapons/frames for each mission type?
In general I use Mesa, Wisp and Octavia the most. Octavia for defence, survival, and anything that doesn't require combat like rescue/spy/sabo. Mesa for most other types. Wisp if I just want a gun platform that brings group buffs.
For netracells and archon kills I tend to use Wisp. For circuit I use whatever is on offer but favourites are things that don't require a weapon like titania and mesa but I have heaps of frames built for SP circuit.

I have been trialling a permanently invulnerable Garuda that I'm enjoying and might start using it for really high level stuff like netracells/eda.

For weapons I almost always use felarx+Sporelacer+praedos.
Felarx for popping hard targets. Sporelacer for wiping out everything on the screen. Praedos for movement speed.
Yea, defense, stealth, just running around etc. I was reading through the list of new warframes, and some posts on reddit trying to get an idea of what's popular/good now. Although, that doesn't necessarily have to line up with what people play, because most frames can be made to work for most missions.

Last I played, I used Frost for defense, Ivara for stealth, Rhino for index, Nekros for survival, and Oberon/Nez/Wukong for just running around shooting things. And maybe Ash or Steel path, but I think that was just running around invis killing things.

Since I'm eventually going to need to revisit all my builds anyway, I want to try different warframes where it makes sense.

My setup was 2 main frames, Protea and Voruna.

I had 2 Protea builds, the standard camping setup for missions like survival, defense, interception and so on with just a ton of duration and power and 4 replaced with Roar for nice support(+shield orb+dispenser so very useful in party). Second build kept the original 4 but with the augment that makes a turret stick to your frame, for movement maps. Bit tedious to use as you have to cancel and recast the ult before it wears off otherwise it warps you back to fucking Narnia but it's otherwise an extremely fast setup(with Praedos and Amalgam Serration for a bunch of speed since Protea isn't fast baseline). Protea can do all content with these 2 builds and had no issue with stuff like level cap steel path circuit for farming, Deep Archimedea Elite with no weapon and was fine for daily bounties too, great for Railjack(dispenser gives you infinite energy so you spam heat seeking missiles). The only weakness is toxic damage and since in 1999 they nerfed the stupid ancient toxic mobs it shouldn't be much of a problem.

Voruna was played as a melee frame, replaced 4 with Gloom for added survivability against everything, very hard to kill, high mobility baseline(speed on invis, parkour passive, incarnon melee weap all give additional parkour, amalgam serration again for more sprint). Very fun fast frame, pretty good damage, infinite energy via equilibrium+very tanky via arcane blessing+adaptation+gloom healing. I only turned Gloom on when needed though and often it was off the entire time so can be replaced with anything else but it made stuff like Necramechs in Sanctum safe as long as they don't one shot you while without it feels iffy at times when fighting strong individual mobs. I also had a 2nd Voruna nuke build with her Prey of Dinar augment where you just massively spread status and instantly kill everything, great for high density maps like SP survival stuff but shit elsewhere.

After that I used a few more frames regularly, Titania for speedrun shit, Wukong with the autohack subsume for Spy/Rescue, Ivara for farming Riven shit(Loki for the wall latching ones), Mesa for open world bounties(don't have to aim just spin and shoot), Sarin for EDA grind for focus but I only did that for a week before I felt like killing myself and just grinded it doing normal content after. Dante/Jade for when I felt like doing something different or for SP circuit since they didn't need weaps(Titania there too). I had several more frames I'd use when bored but nothing really often.

I’m just about caught up on the new factions, and I’m learning to play mouse / keyboard. I started playing on the Xbox because I wasn’t in to PC gaming for 5-6 years and migrated my account last year. Shooting is way easier, but I can’t move in the game as fluidly as I could with a controller, but that’ll just take time.

Circuit is a great quality of life / entry point for the game. This is the first week I completed both circuits, and it was fun to spend time playing different warframes I typically wouldn’t. Also, I like the regular circuit rewards. This has got to be great for newer players. It’s making it easier to fill in missing Helminth abilities. About 6 months before Helminth was announced,I decided to do some inventory cleaning to free up frame and weapon slots. I vendored every frame and weapon I’d replaced with a prime, which was basically all warframes and most weapons primed up to that point. I was a little peeved at the time.

Vornua looks fun. On the top of my list to farm. And I just picked up and played Protea a enough to see her appeal.
