That's more to do with plate tectonics and less to do with "climate change." Plate tectonics is already factored in as volcano/earthquake risks and only vampires need to worry about their homes moving under the sea due to plate subduction in... a few 10s of millions of years.
Various parts of the country have been under the ocean at various times (many parts more than once). One of the more recent, for parts of Texas and all of LA, was around 60 million years ago:
