It really depends on what liquor and beer you're comparing. There are plenty of beers that have 100 - 150 calories for a bottle, which is barely more than a shot of most liquors. I believe 12 ounces of Guinness, which is a pretty filling and delicious beer, only has like 130ish calories.I freely admit I may be underestimating the calories in liquor, but I'm confident its way fucking less than whats in beer.
Recently I started making my own greek yoghurt. Its dead simple, takes zero effort, and is cheaper than store bought. If greek yoghurt is a regular part of your diet, I suggest looking into making your own. You also have more control over the taste and texture. Why are you suffering through plain fat free yogurt? It's an ingredient, not something to be eaten by itself. I buy the fat free plain greek yogurt, only because that's what BJs offers, and these are some of the things I mix with it:
Craisins. Be sure to combine them when you pack your lunch that morning. This way the sugar on the berries has time to mix with yogurt. Also, the berries will reconstitute a bit. Downside is that it ends up looking like something you scraped off a tampon.
Granola. Make your own, or just buy a mix. My wife made one that's chocolate, shaved coconut, and slivered almonds. Pretty much an almond joy. You will probably need to add a sweetener to the yogurt. You can even use something fake like Splenda because the downside of a fake sugar doesn't really come through when you only need a bit to take the edge off the sourness.
Speculoos! This is my favorite so far. Since the yogurt needs some fat and speculoos is pretty much fat, the two go together very well.
Only if you're drinking straight up. Pretty sure a Martini has something like 700 calories thanks to simple syrup. Not that I drink martinis, fucking faggots. It really depends on what liquor and beer you're comparing. There are plenty of beers that have 100 - 150 calories for a bottle, which is barely more than a shot of most liquors. If you drink any sort of light beer then your calories will range from the high 80s/low 90s for stuff like Miller Lite to the low 100s. Again, that isn't much different from a shot of liquor.
*Edit* I will concede that most people will drink fewer liquor drinks due to the higher alcohol content, so in the long-term you'll save calories like you originally mentioned. But taken on a one-to-one basis the calories aren't all that different.
Did they not teach hyperbole at your high school? AND I DON'T EAT YOGURT I DRINK IT MOTHERFUCKER!Really? Martinis are one of the manliest, most sophisticated drinks around. Also, the only thing in a real martini is Gin and Vermouth, you damn cretin. And they certainly are not even close to 700 calories. Go eat some more yogurt.
I have actually never tried speculoos at all. The last thing I need at this point in my life is spreadable cookies.Tried speculoos and french toast yet?
Troll me once, shame on you. Troll me twice, shame on me.Did they not teach hyperbole at your high school? AND I DON'T EAT YOGURT I DRINK IT MOTHERFUCKER!
That's what I'm not sure about, hence askingWhat are you thinking will be in this powder that isn't in the multi?
