It's called self control. Eat a normal sized meal and then...stop eating. How do some of you combat just devouring a shit ton of food when you're hungry? It's seriously my hugest weakness right now, most days I've been doing real good then all of a sudden I just feel like a bottomless pit.
Water. I try to drink half my body weight in fluid ounces in water every day. Ends up being roughly a gallon. It makes quite a huge difference in controlling my urges to smash all of the foods into my face. It's hard to distinguish your body's signs of "want more food damnit" and "bitch, get me a drank". They're both very similar feelings. How do some of you combat just devouring a shit ton of food when you're hungry? It's seriously my hugest weakness right now, most days I've been doing real good then all of a sudden I just feel like a bottomless pit.

... sigh.Other things include eating plenty of food that are high on volume but lower on calories.Proteins and fats generally have higher concentrations of calories so its possible to fill your stomach and consume less calories by cutting back on these.I'll usually have plenty of vegetables with a portion of meat so I don't feel like I'm being some kinda vegan pussy.
I was going to legit ask for a bodyfat calculator, but I wanted to see if there was a more fun way to get the link. Oh well, I won't troll anymore.Give him some credit, he didn't bite on my "poliquin supps can make you regenerate DNA" line unlike the other two retards
It's worth checking out your local crossfit yeah. I really like mine, but by the same token there are some bad ones out there. They should have a free class to take a look and require some kind of crossfit 101 class or "foundations" or whatever they call it to teach you the basics.I'm considering giving crossfit a shot,as my job gives me quite a bit of free time. Does anyone have experience doing this? I have done tough mudder and warrior dash and this kind of reminds me of those.
^this. It all boils down to the instructor(s). If the know their shit, the entire experience will be awesome. If they're just some mouth breather that got certified, it might end up hurting you more than helping. Usually in high population areas there are a few of them, so look around and do your research, it'll pay off. It's worth checking out your local crossfit yeah. "1.They don?t eat enough saturated fats.
Most people who get these women ready are fat phobic. It works for a while, but has long term sequels. For example, I had a physique competitor go from 9.4% body fat to 7.8% in 6 days after I told her to consume butter and coconut oil 6 times a day. In other words, meats are cooked in butter. Butter on the broccoli etc?"
Sound familiar? You guys also magically lost nearly an identical amount of bodyfat in the same period of time. I bet your trainer stays up at night thinking about how he can help you improve.
Post some more gems so I can find the exact same advice in 30sec on google.
Don't tell me, tell the:That link is full of fail.
What the fuck does "long term sequels" mean? Repercussions I assume?
Catabolic metabolic cascade? It's like he doesn't even know the meaning of the words he is using. And he's the "expert"?
That blog is like bro science on steroids, except the bro science is being thought up by someone that never actually got past a 8th grade English.
