6'0. No I don't juice. I'm very bottom heavy - I wear 34 jeans because my quads don't fit in 32s but a 34 waist is rather big on me so I have to wear a tight belt.

I'll post a pic at the end of summer maybe, but prepare to be disappointed lol. Abs went away after I downed my first gallon of water. I hate this shit.

Just bought some C4. I am exciting to see if it really gives me an extra boost during workouts.

Don't go in expect a world of difference, but it definitely helps especially if you're someone who's never taken pwo or drink a lot of caffeine. The best benefit you'll ever get from a pwo is one day you're feeling "sluggish." Down that puppy and you'll be ready to go. C4 is good because no crashing also.

Whenever my body tells me to stop because it needs a break.

Last year I think I went like 7 or 8 months without taking a break. I also made my best gains during that timeframe.

I took a week off around the beginning of July and I'm about to take another because my calf, shoulder, and forearm all have varying degrees of tendonitis or muscle aches that I'd like to heal up. So it just depends.

That's where I'm at.. I took a break about 6 weeks ago but my elbow, bicep and shoulder are bothering me. I might take 2 weeks off and cardio it up. But it's been 3 days and I'm missing lifting already.

Injuries/sickness are usually the only time I'll take a week or two off. Happens once or twice a year so it seems to work out

I don't take breaks from the gym, once I have the habit/routine established I don't want to break it as it's harder to get back into the routine. Last Friday I had a work party then on the Saturday a leaving party for a friend headed to Afghanistan. My plan was to get back on the diet Sunday then back in the gym on Monday - didn't go to plan and my food choices were pretty bad on Sunday too. Didn't go back to the gym until yesterday and even then I didn't really feel motivated.

This is absolutely the way to go. Listen to your body. There's weeks I don't take any days off at all because I just feel great. Other times I'll take a day or two off. I don't know when I'll take an entire week off, hopefully not anytime soon.

I've currently over trained my legs and I can't do anything without them feeling sore. What sucks is there is only a month to go before racing is over so I don't really have time to let them heal.

Gotta listen to that body, bros.

Just looked into that stuff and it's got real good reviews. Is it something that will keep you up at night if you're working out in the evening or does it wear off after a couple hours?

Used it for the first time yesterday. I stayed up later than I normally do, but that is due to just starting Suits and the "one more episode" disease. I felt like I could have fallen asleep when I normally do. Once I did go to bed I was out in a few minutes. Time reference: I drank is just before 5 pm, went to bed at 11 pm with no problems.

It really just depends on how caffeine affects you. I could take it around 9PM and still be asleep by midnight. It loses most effects the longer you take it as well.

But did it give you an Xtreme workout and / or massive pumps? Inquiring minds want to know. I use Labrada and it is about 50 / 50 for me. It is most useful on days I don't feel like going to the gym, seems to tip the scales in my favor.

I have only taken it one day so it is hard to know how much is my body was feeling good, the powder, or a placebo effect. But, it did feel like my body did not get as sore as fast. Definitely went from, "ugh please not leg day," to "FUCK YEAH!!! LEG DAY MOTHERFUCKERS!" I ripped through squats, leg press, and quad extensions really fast and felt great. Then I hit deadlifts. It was weird, I had plenty of energy and my body felt good but I could tell it was also about to give out. It is hard to describe, it was like I was rested and worn out at the same time. Overall I like it, but I am reserving judgment until I use it for a full week.
