fasting is easier and more effective at losing weight than what you do though.

You literally starve yourself for days at a time. I don't care what word you use to describe it. You can say fast, starve, abstain, whatever... But the fact is you aren't eating. I know you eat your one meal a day and consume a decent amount of calories there, but over the period of time you don't eat, you're consuming on average a very low amount of daily calories. That's math. I know you are going to say you burn calories faster because you're fasting, and that may be true, but the mathematical fact is that you are still consuming fewer total calories in a specific span of time.

So... I absolutely will "moron" your post for you bragging that consuming zero calories is better at losing weight than eating calories (and exercising.) I mean, no shit, of course not eating will make you lose weight.

If you think it isn’t harder for someone to burn fat that has type two diabetes and insulin resistance compared to you then you are a complete retard. What you do is without a doubt harder than anything I do, I’m fucking lazy, fasting is easier and more effective at losing weight than what you do though.

"It wasn't the fact you did two weight sessions a day

It wasn't the fact you logged every meal to hit specific calorie deficits and macro targets

It was because you were unconsciously fasting whilst you slept and for 1-2 hours a day that meant you gained muscle and lost body fat"

I love that the fatty who hasn't exercised a day in their life is using YouTube science to argue with a workout pro.

I can't win because he'll just say "you've been arguing with me for the last 3 hours and not eating. Therefore it's the fasting that is responsible"

How do you explain me losing weight while consuming 3000 calories a day each day then, you are taking the extremes of my diet and using at as a norm. My regimen is one meal a day with periodic 48 and 72 hour fast for therapeutic health reasons. I was morbidly obese and used extended fast to speed the process up. Once I reached a an acceptable weight for me, I quit those extended fast and went to 24 hour fast and still continue to lose weight, roughly 5 pounds a month ( I gained around the holidays because I ate multiple times a day because i didn’t want to be a social pariah) and the extended fast is perfect for getting right back on track and catching up. What Ossoi does is hard work and dedication, what I do is super fucking easy and only requires a little will power that becomes increasingly easier after only a few days.

I can’t believe you ever accused me of failing to comprehend something I read. Multiple times I’ve stated you and I are attempting different things, what you are doing weight loss will come naturally. I bet I can make you gain fatter if you listen to me. Eat 200 calories every 2 hours, never give your insulin levels a chance to drop, wake up every fews hours and make sure you never let that insulin drop for any length of time and see what happens.

Losing weight and gaining muscle is two different things, you will lose fat doing what you are doing but you don’t understand that muscle increases your metabolism it requires more energy to maintain that muscle which allows you to consume more. Ever see football athletes after they retire and go from huge 290 pound super gorillas to completely average looking Joe’s without trying it’s because you have to work to keep that muscle and feed it, you don’t have to do that with just losing weight you dense mother fucker.

Your body increases its metabolism to give you more energy when you fast for prolonged periods, your stuck on a calorie in calorie out mentality when the body doesn’t work that way.

2. Sorry but constantly spiking your insulin levels all day is going to lead to insulin resistance, obesity and diabetes.

Are you now willing to either retract those claims as wrong? Or add "Unless you're eating/training like Ossoi Ossoi ?

If I wanted to transform my body to look what Ossoi’s I would do what he does except I wouldn’t snack and I wouldn’t ever work out except for in a fasted state. It would make what he does better. If I wanted to cure type two diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol and lose weight quickly I would do precisely what I did but to think our goals are the same is pants on head retarded.
