1. You can’t burn fat when you constantly spike your insulin, when you only spike your insulin once you spend longer time in fat burning mode. You switch from burning food you eat to burning your fat stores. Your body increases its metabolism to give you more energy when you fast for prolonged periods, your stuck on a calorie in calorie out mentality when the body doesn’t work that way.

2. Sorry but constantly spiking your insulin levels all day is going to lead to insulin resistance, obesity and diabetes.

Are you now willing to either retract those claims as wrong? Or add "Unless you're eating/training like Ossoi Ossoi Ossoi Ossoi ?

So... I absolutely will "moron" your post for you bragging that consuming zero calories is better at losing weight than eating calories (and exercising.) I mean, no shit, of course not eating will make you lose weight.

It does WAYYY the fuck more than just make you lose weight though. It's literally the single most powerful tool for health that exists.

As to how i feel, amazing. I literally got a “random” at work because I’m jittery after about 30 hours of fasting and operators at the plant have told my coworkers they’ve spotted me jogging around the truck or on the back of the flat bed doing pushups and setups. I honestly feel like I did when I was in my early 20’s. I didn’t exercise at all to get here but now I do it at work when I get flooded with a what I can only describe as a fuck ton of energy and it almost feels like I’m having a panic attack but i check my watch and my whoop strap and heart rate is 62.

I would be gaining muscle, I’d have to to transform my body to look like yours. I never said I wouldn’t I literally said if I wanted to do what you did I’d do what you did because it’s a good method for putting on muscle and getting ripped. Doing what you did and what I did is different things entirely and you can’t seem to comprehend that because you fail at reading comprehension.

Even this is wrong. Normally when I cut the priority is to burn fat.

Gaining muscle (as already stated) was an added bonus and was because I was untrained for 11 months, meaning I was getting "noob gains". My "methods" usually result in me losing fat and preserving muscle

If you're a total beginner to lifting weights, you would also probably gain muscle whilst losing fat (provided your diet was right) because you're a total beginner.
