I've gained 5 lbs since I separated my shoulder. I am so bad at changing my eating habits and regimen when I can't lift. Anyone wanna do a rerolled weight loss challenge? I do way better when I have incentives, and since I'm still getting laid I have pretty much 0 incentive. Something like a 10 week challenge based on total % lost. Maybe put up some money? We could use a trusted member as a mediator and escrow holder? Just throwing out stupid ideas, I need motivation.

Just got back from my cruise. I ate like Tony Soprano would've all day erry day. Was pretty worried when I stepped on the scale yesterday, but only +3 lbs. I'll take that as a win.

3 lbs is 10500 calories. I'm assuming your cruise was 7 days long. That means you overate by 1500 calories each day. I'm also assuming you have a typical young male metabolism(~2200 calories/day), so you overate by 68.18% each day.

I definitely gained some weight after this birthday week. Lots of beer, lots of fatty fucking food, lots of just shit.

If you're on a cruise and not fucking in the morning, evening, and maybe once in the afternoon also if its an at-sea day, you're doing it wrong. Or brought the wrong chick. Should be able to work off almost anything you can eat pounding pussy that much.

say 500 as a nice round number, because busting a nut probably causes all sorts of metabolic reactions in your body. Do that 3 times a day, thats 1500 calories. If your BMR is 1500-2000, and you walk around/do excursions/swim/pound pussy for 2 hours/bust 3 nuts... that should be like 4000-4500 calories expended each day. You should come back from the cruise lighter than you went in.

I always went and played basketball while the wife gets ready in the mornings, also. Prevents me from getting mad at her and lets her take her time since we're on vacation.

B) I'm not bragging when I say that I've never had sex last 6 minutes that their study assumed. I wish I could cum that quick. I've had sex often last for an hour, maybe 40 minutes is my average.

That said, you're not going to burn 500 calories burning sex, but 100 isn't unrealistic... but that's still a problem, you can't compensate for 6000 calories a day on a cruise unless you're a 16 year old. Diet always must come first.

The crazy thing was I did shore excursions for the 4 port days we had, and they were pretty physically intensive, and since it was our honeymoon we fucked like 18 times a day on top of that. I ate, fucked, drank, and excursioned like a fucking champ and walked away +3 pounds. For all I know, my dick gained 3 pounds of muscle.

6000 calories probably isn't possible without working out a couple hours a day on the cruise in addition to everything else. But 4000-4500 should be doable. And 4500 calories of food is a lot.
