Went ham yesterday cause my sister was visiting from Florida. Ended up at Virgil's in NYC, best BBQ in the city. Let's just say I had to have at least 4000 calories for dinner last night, and I'm trying to cut with 2400/day. Probably end up with 5500 for the day, but that's okay.

One day won't kill me. OR WILL IT?! Tune in next time, to Dragon Ball Z!

Not just a multi, but quite a bit of other things. There's actually a startup of a guy making some kind of liquid vitamin meal thats supposed to be the new deal in fitness.

Read it on reddit yesterday, search for it again, and through my internet history and its not there so I can't link it.
VICE were the first people to report on it. The guy is an Engineer and has compiled all the key nutrients into a liquid drink, starting to attract investor interest if I remember correctly

Hey fitness bros, real butter or margarine?

I'm 5' 10'' and 180lbs but I'm "skinny fat". I do about 8-10 hours a week mountain biking but I can't lose the beer belly that has developed. I figure it's my terrible diet so I'm going to try and count calories for a while and see if that works out.

Real butter. But I'm not really a fitness bro.I still have a significant amount of weight to lose. I just refuse to compromise. Real food only. Plus this picture freaks me out, real or not.

Coconut oil or organic butter

I don't see a problem with butter substitutes as long as they don't have any trans fats. You can buy a couple tubs of smart balance on the cheap from BJs and it makes out of the refrigerator spreading quite easy. For baking or anything else, use butter.

Problem with butter is you don't know it if it has trans-fat even though it says 0%. Food labels in America allow companies to round down to 0% if the fat is below 0.5.

That is true. Fat free cooking sprays exploit that shit like a chinese farmer. Only way to know for sure is to google a specific brand.

Or maybe not so much, otherwise maybe I wouldn't be contributing to "The Weight Loss Thread" so much.

Back on subject though: I've gone from 160lbs to 153lbs in about a week of just doing Spartacus workout. Finally losing my gut (again), but, I don't feel I've lost a lot of strength.

If you had a gut at 160lbs, what are you, 5'4?

5'6.

It wasn't a real deep protruding gut. I did those squats for 6 weeks and gained a TON of weight (went from 145 to 160). It was just that I wanted to tone down but still keep my toosh.
