Can you eat chicken as a vegetarian? If so, I'd eat a lot chicken. If not, I'd still eat a lot of chicken cause vegetarians are fucking faggots.

So ive been on this crazy diet right. Well I went to my cousins highschool football game with family, and afterwords they wanted us to get food together. Well im not gonna shit on the parade so I just order 2 plain hotdogs and a water and figured Ill just go harder this week to pay for it. I wake up today and I've lost 3lbs. Screw organic, low sodium, low fat, low everything. Eat fuckin hotdogs. LOL

What kind of vegetarian are you? Can you eat fish? If so, obviously lots of fish will help.
That ain't no vegetarian. I only allow myself eggs because I really need the protein otherwise I wouldn't be eating those either.

Er...you can get protein from other sources (legumes). If you want to go by that example, then someone eating dairy products is not really "vegetarian".

So I have some issues bros, I'm about to start going to the gym. I'm 5'9 and 160~lbs so weight "loss" isn't my entire goal but I need to start gaining some power in my legs so I'm wondering, what should be my diet while I'm training and here is the kicker, I'm a vegetarian. I know it's all black beans and eggs for protein but I have no idea what else is out there/should pay attention too. I could go to some bronasium but we are all nerds and in this together, so I'm posting here.

It's going to be track cycling so it's all about power and quick high burst output, so don't just say cardio.
If you are going to have trouble eating to/past maintenance calories to build muscle because you are a vegetarian then I might recommend you try find some weight gain protein powder that is suitable for vegetarians to supplement your diet.

Gym routine would most probably consists of squats, lunges, deadlfts and HIIT on the stationary bike or treadmill.

Just make sure you're eating enough calories. Eggs are good, you can supplement with whey protein and whole milk if those are acceptable. If you still find you need more calories I find peanut butter fixes that

Olympic lifts for power: snatch and cleans, but that's if you have someplace that lets you do them. Squats are always good regardless so do them. For conditioning I'd push a prowler but I dont know what you have access too. If anything do sprints.

Yeah, I looked into it a bit today and they make some vegan/veg protein powders and that looks to be the way to do it.

As for Kuriin, I know there are multiple sources of protein but one can only eat so many black beans/eggs before they want something else.

More than likely you've just had black beans. Most restaurants are completely retarded when it comes to black beans, totally lacking flavor and often coming from a can.

I have 2, depending on where I am at with my weight. @ 195 I wear one, @ 185 I wear the other. I kinda go back and forth between those numbers. @ 185 I'll fling my 195 ring clear off my hand if I wave at someone.

Fiber is overrated and can actually fuck up your digestion. Most people I know can't tolerate the amount of recommended fiber and end up with loose stools.
