I think the cred system is an amazing way to get over the monthly hump that most MMOs face. I know a crazy amount of people that stacked up on playtime via it and NCSoft ends up getting the same amount of cash. I say that Wildstar stays a sub based game for a long time to come and avoids the exodus after a month that every MMO has faced just because of it.
My one and only concern with CREDD is if it will effectively reduce the number of gold sellers and botters. I am already getting bombarded with them via mail, friend requests and arena PVP team requests. The last one was something I have never seen before in a MMO. I was in the middle of a fight when the in invite to join the arena team popped up.

What I am having a hard time figuring out is who are the players who actually buy ingame gold from the gold sellers. The fact that the gold selling business continues to thrive indicates they apparently have a lot of customers.

People in guild were saying that the accounts spamming gold sales are almost always hacked accounts. Assuming that is true, who in their right mind would give their credit card info to them when you can safely buy CREDD and exchange it for platinum in game?

The area that is just the exposed asteroid is probably my favorite area in any mmo ever. They absolutely nailed the immersion and atmosphere. The two bio-domes however fucking blew

I've been using Deadlook Extended addon for mouse look but it frequently did not free up the mouse to interact with the UI when I clicked on LMB so I replaced it with Steer and Keybindfreedom. I bound Psychic Crush to LMB and used the Steer configuration setting to engage mouse look when using a movement key.

As others have already mentioned, it's a completely different playstyle. I haven't used it yet in PVP but I think it will eliminate most of the esper's mobility problems as long as you use PC as your builder. You can easily circle strafe and spam PC whenever you want with the bonus effect of moving out of telegraphs easier.

.Items in a guild bank will properly transfer when a new guild leader is promoted.

.A new report spam feature has been implemented for the Mail system. This functions similar to the right click report feature in chat, and players will be able to smite those pesky gold spammers via this system. Buhbye spammers!

The bio domes were straight out of a Peter F Hamilton book and I enjoyed them for that reason.

Now that the bottom feeding market has begun to dry up, I've went in search of decent legit markets with high margins.

Here's a video I found that employs a decent strategy targeting a pretty key market that I've got investments in.

Takes a bit more time compared to my current strategy targeting this market.

Definitely a great starting point though.

I didn't see anything in the patch notes about fixing crafting vouchers. Does anyone else have the issue that you can't buy items with crafting vouchers in Thayd? Also, I'm an armorsmith and at lvl 25 I have yet to see any dropped items from mobs/dungeons or received from a quest that are better than what I can craft using a refined power core. Anyone at lvl cap know if crafting gear remains better until veteran dungeons/raiding?

I think so far my only gripe is the cost for amp resets. I like tanking dungeons so far in this game but solo questing or grinding mobs with a tank setup is absolute shit. So if I want to switch to dps when i'm leveling, sure the LAS is free to swap but I have to have another gear set, which I have, and I have to pay 90s per amp reset. I'm assuming the cost increases as you level. Additionally, the same goes for pvp. You have to pay for an AMP reset if you want to effectively pvp! IMO I think they should cap the amp reset cost at like 25s or get rid of it and maybe put like a 15 minute limit between resets.

I am also having an issue using the vouchers, but I think you either have to be max level or have the requisite rep for your main city (I'm Dom side fwiw). In regards to the AMP resets you should have 2 (to at least cover tank / dps or pve / pvp) for the time being, I know you can buy up to 5 at end game.

@Vitality thanks for the vid, I am also expanding out now that bottomfeeding is dying down (though still turning a little free coin from it).

Like Arch said, you have 2 talent builds available from the get-go. Look at the bottom of the Abilities/Amp page and you'll see "Action Set 1" and you can click on the right button to take you to Action Set 2. You've been wasting money broski.

Farside, to me, was downright boring and annoying. The Bio Domes just reminded me of Pauly Shores movie and they were quick and easy. I wish they had a flaming squirrel joke quest in one of the two.

Check the email you got from NCsoft with "Your Serial Code got activated" in subject title. My three guest pass codes were in that email.

Yeah one of the two bots is dismissed when you mount and then frequently it's cooldown isn't off when you've moved to your next pull spot.

They are an absolute pain in the bollocks, simple as. One of the bots remains summoned when you mount - other classes pets don't have aggro issues - no reason why they can't be perma summoned and non aggro. It would help if they at least obeyed the stance you set them to consistently.
Neither bot remains summoned when you mount. And I never said they're not flawed - they are. They definitely will pull stupid shit, but you just ignore it and move on. To act like they make the class unplayable is absurd, 90% of the time you're either mounting between areas (which dismisses them) or you're moving slowly through somewhere like a cave, and it doesn't matter. The only time it sucks is when you're in a cave or elsewhere and they get physically stuck - so you dismiss them.
