lol, i think you are stoned. you can see all three sets of their irises. maybe they are smaller because the camera flash closes your irises to prevent light from blinding you.

This looks way too bad for the academy to be a publicity stunt. An organization with actual moral principles would have throw him out and either given the award to someone else or just not given it out at all, but they were probably more worried about their "non-white award winners" percentage dropping than they were about standing up for civilized principles.
