Bro, you're like the Soccer Yoda to my LukeNBC now broadcasts premier league games. Saturday mornings for the most part. Also as a new arsenal fan, the first thing you should do is look up youtube highlights of Thierry Henry, Dennis Bergkamp, and Robert Pires.
Edit: Also if you want to ease yourself into it and don't want to wake up earlier, you can watch match of the day later. Basically condenses all the days games into about 2 hours, showing very extended highlights of the important bits of each match.
Happy to help bro. Here's a great example of Arsenal at their best. Great goal from this past season.Bro, you're like the Soccer Yoda to my Luke
We would probably set one up for the new season which is close to mid AugustYou guys run an EPL fantasy league?
But that's the best part. Who wants to win a trophy and spend tens of millions of dollars on players every year? Boooooring.Do yourself a favor and don't support Arsenal. Unless you like getting let down every February and transfer window.
Ease up 7th place, Sanchez is coming!Do yourself a favor and don't support Arsenal. Unless you like getting let down every February and transfer window.
While most members of the swiss team are first or second generation immigrants (which is not a huge surprise in a country with almost 30% of its inhabitant being foreign and immigrant making in average more children), it should be noted that, out of the 23 selected for the WC in Brazil, 17 are born in Switzerland with the remaining 6 having immigrated in the country between 1 and 5 years old. These guys are products of the swiss formation and played the U17 and U21 competitions for Switzerland, so it's not exactly like we threw passports at brazilian players that had no shot at being part of their national team. There are two ways to be good at football, one of them is precluded to (most) national teams, which is "buy the best players". Some countries do this nonetheless, with naturalized players (they offer them citizenship, say Switzerland for example).
I'll stop you right there - Chelski might be the worst choice in world sport if that's what you're after.I'm a Washington Redskins fan,so I'm really looking for you guys to recommend a Premier team with a savvy, widely respected owner that lets the well qualified football people run the teamand also has no chance of being accused of having a racist name/logo. I figure with a clean slate to pick I'm not going to into another situation where the entire fanbase justifiably hates the owner.
I'm leaning toward Chelsea atm...and for no reason other than their logo reminding me of the Lannisters. Thinking that might not be good enough.
