I think the fact that he uses a Hunter matters as well because he is not nearly as gear dependent as other classes while leveling (doesn't slow him down having zero blues) and the classes ability to grind out mobs or quests solo is better than others.

But, even if I do decide to play Hunter, the social and nostalgic aspects of the dungeons has a huge draw to me. Everyone would have to decide on their own.

This is a subject that has been asked about several 3.9k times 817 recently 1.1k, and we want to clarify some of the details surrounding it. Like many aspects of the game, Alterac Valley was tuned and adjusted in different ways from patch to patch in 2005-2006.

First and foremost, we’re planning to use the 1.12 version of Alterac Valley. For many parts of the game like this, we’re picking an original WoW patch that gives us the most clarity for WoW: Classic, and 1.12 is that patch.

In Alterac Valley, that puts us before the introduction of reinforcements. It puts us before the removal of all of the Commanders and Lieutenants. The only win conditions are the killing of Drek’thar in Frostwolf Keep or Vanndar Stormpike in Dun Baldar.

It gives us several early improvements to the BG that we’re glad to have in place. Early on in AV, there were too many NPCs and they were too hard to kill. By 1.12, many had been removed and NPC health was brought down to a reasonable level. Turning in armor scraps is an encouraged, supportive activity by this point. Many capture points (mostly graveyards) had been moved away from their initial placements to gain better balance across the map. Korak the Bloodrager was removed, and killing opposing players no longer drops items like Dwarf Spines, Orc Teeth, or Human Bone Chips. Gross.

In our content plan update 2.1k, we mentioned that we’re still working out exactly how and when PvP elements of Classic will roll out. We’ll update you on that here very soon.

I game 30-50 hours a week on average and still manage to go outside, gym, not look like I live in a cardboard box and I make in a year what he makes in 2 months probably.

If I had his money I'd be looking like a god damn fitness model and not have to pay for my twitch thots to fetch my dew and tendies.

I would like to think it's a shtick with him, but he really does seem like some dude who just gave up on everything else in life or what happens when white trash win the lotto.

I kind of like the blacklist idea though, cause there will be plenty of people to just make counter guilds for it.

Blacklisting was an everyday normal part of vanilla, people can say it's toxic all they want but that's part of the reason they got rid of server locks. Fuck it, I love it. Blacklist me and I follow you around spamming sap on you for hours at a time until you fuck off back to orgrimmar

#1 guild I played with on this one RP server until I created a separate guild was called <Blacklisted>... bunch of elitest fucks who were stuck in BWL, and couldn't get past one of the first couple bosses in AQ40. Though I'm not sure why I'm bragging about being #1 on an RP server. Like being proud of the smartest kid with Down's.

Servers always had blacklists of faggots that ninja looted for example or just were shit heels in general. This is nothing new. This was the case in EQ as well. You just went to the server forums and they were right there for everyone to see. If the streamers want to set up their own blacklist of people sniping them over and over, thats their prerogative.

Thats the great thing about single servers and the time invested into characters is that your social interactions matter. Good or bad.

I’m still a big proponent of having <Fires of Heaven> becoming synonymous with this sentiment.

Just think, we could be the Kleenex of stream sniping!

I would consider rolling Alliance if a known streamer was rolling Horde on the server.

Why fight over 15 year old server firsts when we could grief someone into submission.
