We absolutely need to roll on the opposite side of Asmongold and grief him into quitting.

I'm sure others have had this idea so we could form a super guild to hunt him.

The problem is that he has the cash to transfer servers with his friends.

I'm hype for Classic but no where near what I was for original WOW when it first came out. More excited for Classic than I had been about anything else that's come out in the last 10 years or so, however...

I'm actually way more hyped for Classic than I was for original WoW. I was more of a UO type guy at the time and wasn't fond of the no drop pvp and factions. I also had to quit for a long period of time during Vanilla and fell behind all my friends.

I’m excited. I wouldn’t say more tho. I’m actually concerned about how much free time I have between my business, girlfriend, and extended family.

When Vanilla launched I was a freshman in college and none of these things concerned me.

Im probably more excited now than back then. I kinda disliked wow back then. I thought it was a easier dumbed down version of EQ, the game I loved back then. I never was one of the ones that jumped ship for the better game, because I thought it was inferior in all ways. Maybe more polished, but lacking all the cool shit that made EQ, EQ. I still played it but not hardcore or anything. I think back then I also played AO too.

People are making plans for the streamers already. That server is going to be a fucking glorious trainwreck. (and just look at our conversations about doing something like that and multiply it by 1000)

Ourselves and 3 other hardcore Pserver guilds (2 on each faction) are all planning to pick the same US PVP server on August 12th. Our plan after pushing for a week one Rag kill is to team up and grief the streamers on both sides so hard they decide to switch servers.

Getting streamers to leave our server is great and all but watch, FoH will get famous again because we griefed a millennial streamer.

Not sure how I feel about that.

I wouldn't want them to leave at all, in fact it'd be nice if the competition from both factions remains balanced the entire time so the world pvp is always good. But Classic WoW drama is the best drama and this is going to be an interesting experiment with all this instant news from streaming and the recounts on youtube later that day.

I don't know if I want to end up on that particular server because I think it'll be an absolute nightmare but I definitely would want to be in the same battlegroup and on a thriving realm for both factions.
