Yea the only time we tolerated someone afk during a boss was for something like ''shit tornado over my house! brb.''
Strangely, a few specefic players seemed to live in very tornado intensive areas...
edit, thats the thing, they did change. Something the guy pulled in the video would have never passed in EQ or wow vanilla. Unless you were backtracking old content, where yea, 4-5 guys could carry the raid.

Meh. I'm fine with keeping those retards in LFR.
I don't think they're dumb enough to do all underwater. I have a feeling there will be an underwater zone, an underground zone, some island zones, and that's that. Centered around Azshara and N'Zoth/other old gods. I imagine it will be a raising of some Naga civilization out in the sea.
Or hell, could just be a giant portal in Outland to some super secret piece of draenor that's been floating around Australia like with Outland.

well if we go by the lollore of WoW it was Azshara who brought Sargeras to Azeroth so it seems reasonable that we will be dealing with her first and then before she dies she opens yet another portal to another dimension to lure in colossal creatures that we can only fight by building giant robots
That's not the only mention - Ra-den's death quote had previously raised a lot of questions to the tune of "wtf was he talking about???" It makes a lot of sense now.
And I don't think it has to be limited to Underwater, either. Bringing zones like the Undermine (Goblin capital city), or just repeating Deepholm seems more likely. I also imagine they'll have to go with the unified "continent" approach, since that seems to have worked really well in MoP, rather than the disjointed approach in Cata

Lovecraft style expansion would own. But ya, it makes sense to do Old Gods/Azshara before Saergeras since he owned the old gods himself. Saurfang needs to go out like Broxigar did: Soloing hundreds of demons and managing to damage the armor of Saergeras before finally dying.

I realize that, but it shouldnt. Back then if you didn't raid you got your blue gear and did what you wanted. Now everyone needs to get purple gear and look like a super hero. They can change the colors, lower the ilevel, it doesn't matter. There was a big fucking difference back in the day when you saw some dude walking around in gear you knew came from the hardest content. Now if you look around, everyone looks badass. It's dumb and it directly contributes to why this game sucks donkey dick now.
