They remastered it though bro! After reading the last few pages, I'm going to have to go find my Warcraft 3 CD, install a DVD drive into my computer, and play through the original Arthas and Illiden story in order to wash off this stench of modern WoW lore.
I really feel like they should have used Legion to end the game or something
I think they should have dumped the MMO and made more RTS adventure games really. But I'm also doing this suggestion in vacuum where I'm assuming they have talent at Blizzard and Kotick Kocksuckers.Sadly, they can't because they aren't fast enough to develop a true sequel to it. It would literally take them 12 years to create WoW 2.

Well Hitler killed millions of Jews, but he also burned decades of transexual research. How Sylvanas have any redemption arc is baffling. She burnt down the Night Elf city. How can someone be redeemed after they do that?
Already a better story. Work in that the sword weakened the last of the titan bonds on N'zoth and that Sylvanas has departed the horde and launched a misbegotten quest to create an army of undead immune to the corruption to pull the world from N'zoth's clutches with maybe a subplot of whoever is leading the undead being weaker and the undead being persecuted by orcs or something. What I thought they could have done was wrap up the story Legion. The Burning Legion is destroyed and the player character is the apex of their class. You've wielded the legendary weapons from Azeroth's history. There's nowhere to go. You call that the end of World of Warcraft and announce the launch of WoW2. Now, you aren't really ending WoW of course and you aren't making a whole new game. What you are doing is taking the opportunity to shuffle everything around. This is where you get all your squishes. Squish hard. This is also where you restructure the Horde vs. Alliance dynamic and the races on each side. Take another pass at everything. Making it a design goal that every single bit and bob is looked at and reevaluated. The whole game shine it back up.
For the story you move forward a couple generations. There has been peace now for five decades but the malign influence of the Sword of Sargaras is causing old wounds to tear back open again and war again breaks out. The player character is back down to cracker farm boy status. You aren't the big shit that killed all those gods. You're just a promising young whatever of the new era.
There won’t be a WoW 2 for quite some time. Just like the Diablo dev team they have no fucking clue where they want to go with the game. It would be a total train wreck.
The Cataclysm changes to Barrens had a big ass canyon cut into it by Deathwing. Part of the revised Barrens/Cataclysm storyline is you trying to repel Alliance forces that were explicitly coming out of Theramore as Dustwallow/Theramore is right there. Camp Turajo (Tauren settlement/quest hub in the South barrens near RFD/RFK entrances) has been destroyed... by Alliance. The survivors of Camp Turajo are hiding in the hills that they called The Ghost Roads or some shit because you use grappling hooks and shit to get up there and they were using them to ambush Alliance and run away. This was one of the much more awesome changes to Barrens quests I really liked. The Horde were invading Ashenvale and Gilneas/Hillsbrad/Arathi.
The Barrens humans in vanilla at least were from Kul Tiras (who had left The Alliance and only rejoined in BfA) and not Theramore.
PMs don't do anything though.A short story about salary, in three pictures:

No, at Blizzard they obviously don't. Or else it wouldn't take 9 months to release 9.1 after an already delayed launch.PMs don't do anything though.
What is a PM and why being a Persian "cis F" her whole personality?A short story about salary, in three pictures:

PM can be project manager, or more likely production manager, who oversees the development pipeline. What is a PM
This I cannot answer.and why being a Persian "cis F" her whole personality?
It's not a totally fair comparison though. I bet you the developers at Square Enix in Japan make less money per hour than a lot of those other companies. Japan work culture be crazy. Unless Square Enix has some super modern philosophy? Doubtful though.A short story about salary, in three pictures:

I wouldn't bet on that. Work culture in game development is shit everywhere. Remember the outcry about the working conditions during the development of Cyberpunk? Yeah, they cried about working on saturdays, even if the strict Polish overtime laws prevent most of it. Meanwhile there are stories that Naughty Dog really fucked their employees with crunch, but CDPR was the bad guy for the gaming press.I bet you the developers at Square Enix in Japan make less money per hour than a lot of those other companies.
Text says it's the average. It's still an insane number, but cost of living in Tokio is also very high. But it's also very high in Los Angeles. I guess Blizzard found a way to employ the homeless people in their parking lot for minimum wage. That is probably director-level employees or senior managers.
