Basically these are full-fledged organizations selling services, etc. vs. a guild just grabbing a dude and running them through shit and getting some gold. These instead have advertisers who will direct to a community who then hooks them up with a group, leave reviews, etc.

Yeah that hots model is horrible, though in the hots cinematic she looks alright except for the fact they started covering her up.
Shes a character thats existed since WC2 or WC1, long before Alex worked at Blizzard.
