The dragon fight is like AIDS if you have pugs who are borderline brain dead.
A lot of players are brain dead and they lack fine motor skills. I play a huge ass Tauren warrior and I have no problem by passing trash mobs without aggroing them. Then you have a bloodelf or goblin who can't for some reason walk by the same exact mobs that I walked by without aggroing them. I can understand doing it once but everytime?

Hrmm. Okay. Looking at Icy Veins it seems both BM and MW monk want mastery and haste. Fine by me as I just use WW for questing.

Having recently played on my work laptop (I know...bad) I think there might be a certain level of tech-curve involved in this as well. Certainly on the work machine things were pretty choppy and just the awkward control mechanism made me move my character like he'd suffered extensive neurological trauma.

Ehh to break that ilvl it may be worth it to blow 10kish gold on crafted gear if you have it. Idk how other armors are, but leather was 2k or so a piece for 815 gear.

I had considered that, but since I am a tailor I figured it was the height of laziness to do that rather than make my own. Naturally the questing necessary to actually make my own seems rather arduous as well. Tradeskills really do seem to be something you do for trade / for other people rather than something you do for yourself in this expansion.

I'm kind of curious if the scaling in dungeons inherently makes them harder than heroics... i feel it seems way smoother when you actually have a group of full 110s doing 'harder' content than it is with sporadic level ranges from 100-110 versions of the normal dungeons?

Or am i crazy

I think it is more player specific than scaling. I have done a bunch of dungeons banging out various quest things I have noticed more difference with some players just not being really good than scaling making things harder.

I have to say getting my first gold elite talent on my scythe of elune unlocked is very satisfying. Shooting random wolves out when I star surge is amusing and it hits really pretty hard so nice bonus to something I already use a lot.

haven't posted here since Legion release but a few of my questions/observations.

Hit 110 about 20 hours after launch (just did a marathon gaming session) when i hit 105ish people were already hitting 110 how the shit did they do that? at most they banked 1.5-2 levels of exp from draenor but that doesn't make up the remainder 3 levels. I enjoyed all the zones except high mountain since it was so hard to navigate, i took a break there to do tradeskill/random shenanigans. overall the leveling experience was enjoyable.

Warrior Class campaign takes 3x 2 day missions (shortened to 1 day 14 hours with class talent) then a quest to complete 30 world quests, followed by another 3x 2 day missions (i complete the last one in about 2-3 hours) so my third relic slot should be unlocked. i wish blizzard would have not went with the artificial time sink here and instead just made some harder solo content. the quest before the last set of 3 missions was some of the hardest content solo content i've done (you have to solo a legion invasion in ulduar), more like that would be nice.

Mythic Vault is AIDs, the last boss without some kind of voice communication is probably the most obnoxious thing to do, we survived with just myself and the healer left standing at the end. when im queing for random heroics i will skip VoW from now on. the rest of the dungeons aren't too bad, BRH could use some trash reduction in a few spots. EoA a good group can skip about 3/4 of the trash packs and a bad group has to deal with every god damn hunter pulling every turtle/seagull in the entire zone.

How are people queing for Court of stars/Arcway already? i was in Suramar less than 24 hours after launch and did all the rep quests / feed the crack elves / every WQ and im still roughly 4k from the 8k/12k needed to unlock, even with Darkmoon buff thats not something that could happen? is there a hidden rep grind im missing somewhere?

Warrior gear priority is weird Icy veins is saying Str>Haste (up to a % that we can keep shieldblock up) > versatility > crit > mastery. Why is Crit valued that high? i've taken the theory that as long as my gear has haste on it i dont care what else is on it either versatility/crit/mastery. Any tank warriors care to shed some light? at the end of WoD it was all haste/mastery.

Definitely get your reps up and unlock world quests if you need to do it. Some of them give up nice 815+ loot items for even some easy tasks.

If you need help downing any field bosses, say something in guild chat. I bet a bunch of dudes will come out with you tanking it.

Suramar is pretty quick, takes maybe an hour or so to get friendly.

Juggling 2 characters to get faction and world quests is too god damn much, but i guess it'll be easier once i have both the rogue and druid class hall campaigns done. This expansion is so alt unfriendly lol

Is the Legion Companion app released?

I don't see it on android yet

I hate dailies and questing at max level. This will gimp me for suramar.

Max level for me so far has been nothing but questing and mythics. i hit 835 ilevel last night and im now seeing 830+ ilevel rewards from WQ, definitely worth it for the time involved.

Suramar dailies are basically "give an elf 50 mana" and the occasional world quests only take about 5 minutes, bomb some nightborne, ride a t-rex, shoot down some bats. then the 3 day "withered army training" scenario has been very easy and rewarding for about 425 rep per pop (if you max it out).
