Nehrak for real, we have 2 casual raids a week and we do one night of mythic a week.Honestly, the board guild is pretty good about raiding. Come back on Hyjal and join us. The talents and everything else have flopped around, so post what role you like and people can give suggestions.
Any other recommendations for headphones that doesn't have just 1 new for sale? Appreciate the quick responseStep 1 is to stop buying "Gamer" or "Gaming" branded overpriced garbage. Buy a good pair of headphones and a good desktop mic. Hell the mic doesn't even have to be that good. I have an $8 one from Amazon that works just fine.
As for my headset for my gaming PC I prefer open air headphones since if I don't want to wear them I can set them down and they work as a pseudo speaker. If I actually need to hear stuff a bit more clearly I put them on.

This is what I have been doing. There is no point in letting it cap out and so I tend to blow my weeks excess GR on my rerolls and that has been working pretty well for me.Also think about GR for weekly reroll coins instead of gold.
Most of my voice communications are either when I'm raiding in wow from 8:30est to 12am 3 days a week, or doing day-z shit since I'm a head admin on a server group. I think both would be just fine using a desk mic tbh.AntLion Audio AntLion Audio
Use one of these with a decent pair of headphones if you want actual sound fidelity. If you're just using the headset for voice comm, I would buy a lightweight cheap headset. I've been using a 10ish dollar headset for a few years now for skype and it's perfectly clear, while my buddy has invested hundreds in several pair of expensive 'gaming' headsets over that span, and uses none of them now.
The headset I linked first is shockingly comfortable. It has this fairly unique wing design up top that relieves a ton of pressure and the headset itself is fairly wide so it doesn't crush on your ears. I can wear it for an entire day and generally forget it is on unlike my at-work headphones which start to wear on me after a few hours.I'm like an infant with socks - I pull that headset off at every opportunity. Even the lightest, cheapest garbage set gives me a headache fast.
Try one of these, or a similar variant-I'm like an infant with socks - I pull that headset off at every opportunity. Even the lightest, cheapest garbage set gives me a headache fast.
