Just booked a meeting at the optician. I need progressive glasses... Painted Warhammer figures last year with no issues, now I dont see shit.
Probably vanity, but I would rather carry around 2 pairs than go that route.

I thought about going to a brothel - looked one up and started checking out "companions". And within 5 minutes I got so bored and tired I just went to play Monster Hunter Wilds instead.

That one of mine you see was functionally free. I bought the Ryobi 40v trimmer, and it's one where you can swap out the tool heads. Then around 6 months ago I was driving down the street on bulky trash put out week and someone had thrown out a bunch of the tool attachments for it. So being a cheap old bastard, I promptly pulled over and grabbed them. Not only got a working tiller out of it, but the "chainsaw on a stick" limb trimmer too. heh

I figure on buying one like you have pictured once the wife and I have out "land out in the country".
i have the ryobi tiller it's great for a small garden

They don't look any different than normal glasses, just the "reading glasses" is on the lower half of the glass. I can hardly cope with 1 pair of glasses so not going to juggle two pairs. It sucks either way... Getting old man eyes. :(

No till gardening is far superior to trying to scratch something out of hard packed clay. New layer of compost every year and the worms/roots/microbes will build the soil for you. Always leave the roots in the soil when your done with the crop for the worms to break down and increase organic material in the soil. Also cuts down on weeds. Weeds thrive on disturbance. Check out Charles Dowding on Youtube, hes the Godfather of that shit. Guys at Epic Gardening follow his method and are Americans in a warmer climate so might be more relatable.

I'm on Year 3 of my no till garden and its crazy how productive it is with virtually no fertilizer. A little Epsom salt once a year to fight blossom end rot on my tomatoes and all I top off my beds with now are composted lawn clippings and kitchen scraps.

*I will bury a couple crappie or sand bass heads that I keep in the chest freezer after I clean them under each tomato plant when I put them in the ground.

I didn't realize this until I looked at the cast list, and I was like wtf? He's unrecognizable, but it's him.
When was the last time you looked at photos of yourself in high school and compared them to recent photos of yourself?

:D

Or do what I do and buy those 3 packs at Costco and leave them around the house :)

20 minutes! and you're not even gonna tell us which one won?!
Kinda surprising.... .

Milwaukee won, but only because the Snap-on failed miserably in the last "pressure until break" test.

It has been a rough week to be older. I was doing cartwheels with the grandson, after about 20 I got tired so I stopped. The next day I coughed and pulled something in my ribs, it felt like someone hit me with a flaming bat. I almost fell over in pain. Literally 3 days later I was was playing hopscotch and realized hopping on one leg gets really tiring really fast. Looks like I need to do both more.

I was home alone and sick 2 weeks ago, coughed while looking slightly left and it felt like every single muscle in my back tore in two. I was stuck on the floor for 20 minutes, and I still felt that one for 3 days.

Remember how certain posters talked about teenage Emma Watson on the earlier versions of this board? She turns 35 today.

First Harry Potter film came out in 2001.
