They can't fire him until we find out his opinion on Colin Kaepernick. Not only is he half white, but he was raised by a lily white adopted family from Wisconsin. His black cred has to be in the toilet.
Haha yea.. What exactly has he done to question another black persons "blackness" It's so silly...

Didn't Rush Limbaugh get fired almost immediately after saying something racially insensitive? How dare they make me defend that fat pos

Yeah but first of all he was white and ultra conservative. Second of all, and I hope more importantly, he was inferring that black QB's were actually inferior. Limbaugh was well known and controversial on the national scene. Was that before or after he got ousted from an ownership stake in the Rams?

This situation is another black man calling RG3 an Uncle Tom.Verydifferent.

If some white media talking head like Skip Bayless questioned a QBs "whiteness" for having a black fiancee and such, he would be instantly fired and probably never work in the media again. Double standards ftw.

Of course it's a double standard. It's one that's generally accepted by society however. Parker got into some pretty deep shit like last year for something retarded too didn't he?

Anyone have a link or DL of the full rob parker segment from yesterday? ESPN seems to have removed the audio from their podcast page. All I keep finding is the 1:35 youtube video of just Rob Parker saying the line, I'm interested to see how the others responded

Anyways, back to football. Any predictions on 49ers vs Pats? Given I thought Houston would squeak past New England, not sure if the 49ers with a very young QB can get past the Pats in Boston.
West Coast team going as far East as it gets. Pats team playing at home. Brady/Belicheck team feeling like they've got something to prove. I hate to say it, I think the Pats run riot. I don't even think it's close.

Man this weekend is loaded with some pretty awesome games. Really looking forward to it.
So am I. This will be one of the few times I root for the Niners, lol. And I expect a good game from Denver @ Baltimore, granted I hope Denver blows them out

Not sure what to make of the Dallas/Pitt game. Pittsburgh has looked like a bag of dicks for a month, and Dallas has won 3 out of 4 - but looked terrible doing it (against pretty shitty teams). No matter how obvious it is to everyone that Dallas is out of the playoffs - I always (re: ALWAYS) buy into the bullshit this time of year and convince myself they have a chance.

Glutton for punishment is I.

I love that they changed the schedules around a couple years ago. Weeks 16 and 17 are the most important now where before a team could run away with a division and sit everyone because there were no division games left. Some of these games normally wouldn't mean much at all, but the Dallas/Pitt game will be my #1 must-watch on Sunday. Usually there is at least one dry spell on Sunday - whether it's the morning, afternoon or evening games. But I have something to look forward to in every time slot. And I don't even have to stress out because my boys aren't playing. Sweat pants and shitty frozen food. Gonna be a good day.

Keep in mind Pitt plays "good" opponents hard(Ravens, Gints, Skins, Cinci), they only look like shit against total shit teams. They also dominate the NFC, 12-3 since '09.

So that's more stuff you get to try and balance with the absolute shitfest you saw last Sunday.

38-13 Steelers.

The middle of the Cowboys D thanks to 7 defensive starters on IR - Steelers need to run, a lot.

Steelers secondary is dogshit now though and Romo can tear up a bad secondary with the best of them if he's not getting sacked or running for his life.

This game could go any direction and it wouldn't surprise me - but the Jason Garrett Cowboys generally play up/down to their competition. If the game is at all close at the end, give me Romo and Dez.

You're on, just don't expect me to be around here anytime during the game and after for about 1-3 hrs. I watch Cowboys games with all my relatives, the games are a big deal in my family.
