BOSTON (CBS) - New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has hired an attorney and is no longer speaking to police in connection with a homicide.
The body of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd of Dorchester was found Monday in a field in North Attleboro, about half-a-mile from the luxurious home of Hernandez. He had been shot in the head.
Lloyd was driving an SUV that had been rented in the name of Hernandez. He was dating a woman who is the sister of Hernandez's fiancee.
At first, Hernandez was cooperating with investigators, but now, he has hired the Boston law firm of Ropes and Gray and, apparently, they have advised Hernandez to keep quiet.

Beyond that info - it's now known that the decedent, Hernandez, and 2 other individuals drove that SUV to a bar. They left the bar together, and everyone but the decedent arrived safe and sound back @ Hernandez' home.

It's starting to look really bad for hernandez, guy on the radio said the police said hernandez scrubbed down his house the day before the police visit, and they where all seen driving home from a public place in the rented car together, the night he died.
